I liked the location and ease of access, friendly host but no communication really besides brief texts ,which is fine ,someone new to the area would not understand the permit stickers and how to obtain them for parking, and a few other things need better explanation.

The extreme noise ,from the train behind the building.every 4 min the building shakes , for this reason the price needs to be less ,because other properties are charging less for no noise of the sort ,that noise is not a minor inconvenience, it's a extremely aggressive vibration and loud rattling every 4 min ,also the thermostat is set to 75 and you can not increase it any more than 75 degrees, there's a cold current that flows through the room ,so be cautious if you like it really warm ,it won't let you

The property was very clean and everything was easy access!

I wish there was a door mat, with the Chicago weather we needed one!

Nothing, it was dirty, place was falling apart and there weren’t any supplies. Only 1 knife in the entire place.

Location very close to Wrigley

Great layout perfect location

The location was excellent, within steps of the Addison Red Line and to Wrigley Field. The owner was communicative.

The floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and would pop up as you walked on them. The flooring had not been mopped and was incredibly dirty. The glass on the shower door felt insecure. It smelled like a damp basement. There was mold on the ceiling. There wasn’t enough utensils in the kitchen to make an actual meal. The couches were dirty and uncomfortable.

Close to family and lots of restaurants

the stay was fine, the unit needs some repairs, upgrades and extra cleaning. The bathroom floor tiles are completely separated from the floor, the wall facing the side street in the FRONTROOM is filthy, the windows sills are filled with dirt, it was 75 degrees when we got there, I’m not sure why when it’s been so hot but we had to open the windows, one screen is also ripped, when I spilt a little water on the kitchen floor, I used an paper towel to wipe it up and the paper towel, with 2 wipes of the water, was dirty. The toilet screeches loud when filling back up, it would be a nice gesture to have a couple Keurig cups with coffee for the guest for when they arrive . There wasn’t any cereal bowls. And Some of the Silverware had dried food on them. These are simple fixes that make a guest return, and feel like the owner just isn’t in it for the money they are making, obviously and reasonably that’s the owner’s intention but no matter what the situation, it’s always best to give and take.
