I liked the location and ease of access, friendly host but no communication really besides brief texts ,which is fine ,someone new to the area would not understand the permit stickers and how to obtain them for parking, and a few other things need better explanation.
The extreme noise ,from the train behind the building.every 4 min the building shakes , for this reason the price needs to be less ,because other properties are charging less for no noise of the sort ,that noise is not a minor inconvenience, it's a extremely aggressive vibration and loud rattling every 4 min ,also the thermostat is set to 75 and you can not increase it any more than 75 degrees, there's a cold current that flows through the room ,so be cautious if you like it really warm ,it won't let you

Nothing, it was dirty, place was falling apart and there weren’t any supplies. Only 1 knife in the entire place.

The location was excellent, within steps of the Addison Red Line and to Wrigley Field. The owner was communicative.
The floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and would pop up as you walked on them. The flooring had not been mopped and was incredibly dirty. The glass on the shower door felt insecure. It smelled like a damp basement. There was mold on the ceiling. There wasn’t enough utensils in the kitchen to make an actual meal. The couches were dirty and uncomfortable.

Close to family and lots of restaurants
the stay was fine, the unit needs some repairs, upgrades and extra cleaning.
The bathroom floor tiles are completely separated from the floor, the wall facing the side street in the FRONTROOM is filthy, the windows sills are filled with dirt, it was 75 degrees when we got there, I’m not sure why when it’s been so hot but we had to open the windows, one screen is also ripped, when I spilt a little water on the kitchen floor, I used an paper towel to wipe it up and the paper towel, with 2 wipes of the water, was dirty. The toilet screeches loud when filling back up, it would be a nice gesture to have a couple Keurig cups with coffee for the guest for when they arrive . There wasn’t any cereal bowls. And Some of the Silverware had dried food on them.
These are simple fixes that make a guest return, and feel like the owner just isn’t in it for the money they are making, obviously and reasonably that’s the owner’s intention but no matter what the situation, it’s always best to give and take.

I really liked the location near Wrigley Field, along with the classic front steps in front of what felt like a historical property. The thickness of the walls and the double-glass windows kept the noise outside despite being near the L train.

Best location possible, you can see the Wrigley Lights from the flat. Taking the L couldn't have been any easier.

Very nice and clean. Location was perfect for us to see the Cubs/Phillies. Very spacious, comfy beds and sitting area.
The outside gate didn’t close all the time. Received a parking ticket even though used parking permit and parked in proper zone.

Absolutely amazing location just steps from Wrigley feild, bars and food. Not too loud despite L being in your back yard which was a great surprise.
No paper towels or napkins available, and property did not have a main lock on the front door as advertised. There should have been a lock on the main door and the door to the unit we rented but there was not so anyone could’ve walked into the building and it looked like someone had previously broken in bc the door jam was split. This was concerning given the number of drunk individuals walking around after wrigley events. Stairs were also incredibly steep and nearly impossible to bring luggage up/down and parking was also next to impossible so definitely pack lightly.

Loved the location, was in the heart of everything.
The apartment smelled badly which we could not get rid of. The bathroom was in terrible shape and the whole apartment was pretty run down. Train station is right behind apartment so it is VERY loud.

Amazing flat near Wrigley Field with an L stop right out the back door. The unit was spacious and clean, I hope it’s available for our next Cubs game!

This place was the perfect location. We were able to ride our bikes to the lake front trail and into Millennium Park. The red line was just behind the property and places to eat within walking distance.
There was only a coffee pod maker and no pods for it. We had to go out to get coffee in the mornings. parking was at a minimum.

The location and convenience were awesome. Plenty of entertainment with a block to Wrigley stadium. Hosts were communicative and gave us our privacy

The location was perfect for going to a Cubs game. We loved being close. The home was comfortable and clean. Not fancy, but perfect for a family.
I don't know that this qualifies for the frowny-face emoji, but it was the only hiccup in our stay. There was some confusion about the parking pass, it wasn't there when we checked in, but we did get one and were able to park without a problem on the block.

spacious, excellent location, comfortable beds
the smell of cleaning product (Lysol or Fabuloso) was so strong it was hard to sleep. Wish this meant that the place was clean but that was not the case. the shower is faulty and cold water drips from the ceiling shower head constantly while showering.

The location was great
There was someone in our flat when we arrived. That could have gone worse than it did but very scary. Shower wasn’t clean.

The beds were very comfortable. The property was clean on the inside and very spacious.
Not enough bath towels and no wash cloths. The outside of the property was filthy. It wouldn't take the property manager 10 minutes to clean it. Not very welcoming.

very clean and in a great location… smelled amazing! The staff reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and responded to messages promptly!
the only thing I personally didn’t like was the bed was a little more firm than what I’m used to, so I tossed and turned a bit. a lot of people like a firm mattress though. the family staying above us had a little kid that woke up at 5 am and you could hear them running back and forth.

It was the location as the number one reason for selecting the site. Secondly the number of beds available. We needed 7 separate beds. The dining room on 1st floor was big enough for 7 people to dine. Having parking passes was a huge help.
There were no bath mats for the shower as well as the floor. The floor is a shiny surface. We has 7 women in ages 60-75. It is a very treacherous situation that could result in a fall very easiy. There were not enough blankets. The people in the roll a ways beds were left with bedspreads or a throw.You need twin sized blankets for every option for sleeping...incluiding the couch. A throw or bed spread are not suitable. Big complaint.The quality of towers were terrible. Not soft. Ugly. Supplying a half a roll of paper towels for a week end is not sufficent. Lease a full size roll per unit. No pot holders~\ Generllly cheap blankets and towels. No kitchen towels. Finally, you are in violation of city code for exits being clear of items in the halls and staircase. If there was an emergency someone would have died or injured with a the crap on the first floor landing and stairs.
