Check-in was smooth, the hotel staff was very helpful. The hotel room was clean up and up to date.

The process for connecting the Wi-Fi to the kid's video game was a lengthy process. I just think these instructions need to be told up front to guests upon check-in, clearer and simpler for traveling families.

It was $149 per night at 1st then after tax and everything it was $192. Theb $56 Additional charges for parking other at the counter. So paid over $250 for night for a single bed

It was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. I arrived early around 8:30 am had to wait to get the room til 2:00. I was expecting to have breakfast and was told they no longer have breakfast. I didn't like that I went there for the breakfast.

There isn’t much I disliked besides the people who were able to get away with doing drugs in the hotel, I say this because the first time we got to our room it smelled like someone was doing marijuana

Room was decent and seemed clean.

Bed was uncomfortable. Hallways were dirty. Door to bathroom was very difficult to open and close. Was charged a $50 fee for "incidentals" upon check-in but was not told what that might entail. Front desk did not give any info regarding if there was a breakfast included or if there were any fees for parking. Wifi did not work until morning of our checkout.

I was very disappointed. This is because I booked 1 room with 2 queen beds well in advance. Upon arrival and payment, I was informed that the room I had booked was not available. I was offered a room with 1 queen bed and 2 extra beds as an alternative. As they could not offer me anything else and we had already been on the road for 22 hours, I agreed to request compensation. Unfortunately the room was so small that the 2 extra beds did not fit. So in the end we had to sleep 3 in one bed and 1 person on an extra bed. On departure they promised to refund the agreed amount to the card I paid with. I haven't received anything so far. However, the room itself was clean, but the common areas (see attached photo) are quite unkempt and dirty.

Clean, modern, friendly staff, very comfortable bed and airport shuttle. very impressed and will go back.

Facility was bright, well kept. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. Room was excellent--comfortable bed and pillows.

No microwave in each room; no complimentary breakfast. Also, room key kept deactivating causing the inconvenience of having to go down to front desk to have reactivated. Not happy about that after long, grueling day. Thermostat was hard to set to desired temperature.
