The property was ‘value for money’.

The rooms are a bit shady.

Location is good near to city center and suburban railway station.

Room No 13 which I was given was not at all what I had booked for. Note: I have attached room pics under various sections as booking.com allows only 1 photo per section. [1] I had booked for duplex single bed and had paid all of the amount in advance to confirm the reservation as well. [2] During check in I was given a room with 2 small beds, thats what I had booked for. [3] Room was not at all clean, there were MOSQUITOES and small COCKROACHES. [4] I saw the guy at the reception killing a cockroach as soon as he opened the door to show me room. [5] Bed was not all clean. [6] There was no cupboard to keep your clothes or luggage. I had stayed here previously but this time it was worst experience. I am seriously considering to never ever book this property again. FAB Express should regularly check the quality of their properties with the same alertness with which they constantly ask you to pay amount in advance to confirm booking.

We didn't stay there as our booking was cancelled by the hotel at the last moment without any reason or my consent. Hence, overall experience with the hotel is very bad 😞
