the property was clean and the host was very nice

the property is beautiful and spacious! the Roof and balcony is to die for 😍 loved that there is a bathroom for each room and it’s nicely furnished and equipped! it’s also in the center of Gouna so everything is a walking distance!

the only small comment would be that it gets really loud at night as the property is in the center and you can hear the music from 3 different clubs playing. but it does close at a certain time.

The location is great (right in front of the smokery beach) and 5 min drive from Marina and downtown Apartment is clean, fully equipped and have a great size The whatsapp assistance and no contact check in worked perfectly

The apartment is on 2nd floor with no elevator, so was kinda hard for my parents The rooms do not have blackout drapes so it gets bright very early

- The interior is nicely decorated - Good quality fridge - You have a patio which gets morning sun. It's not very private though as lots of people pass in front of you both day and night.

They are running a scam with your holding deposit - Hours after we checked out, they took an unauthorised payment of $130 without explanation. When we contacted them they said they found a small rip in one of the sheets which we are not aware of causing. The sheet was old so it may have been due to wear and tear. They don't have a check-in/check-out inventory so they can basically claim anything and charge you without your presence. There is a line buried in their description about a $300 holding deposit being taken so this is how they've polished their scam. But you have no control over how much of that money goes to the them so be warned! In our case, they claimed the sheet was from the US and had incurred $100 in shipping costs. Their proof? A screenshot of an arbitrary item on amazon.com that was nothing like the replacement. After much delibaration, they refunded $65 as proof of them not being scammers. They're basically negotiationg how much of your holding deposit you're willing to part ways with, similar to how all the hustlers behave throughout Egypt. - There are uncovered radiators that communicate with the outside so expect to wake up to geckos climbing walls next to you - The WiFi doesn't have good range and will only work in the bedroom - The blinds are old and damaged and cause a lot of noise when it's windy so you might not sleep well. - The location of the property on booking is wrong, it is not between Mangroovy Beach and the Marina, it's actually a 15 minutes walk south of the Marina.

Location was amazing. It was close to the beach, downtown and the marina. We checked in online and all communication with the operators was through whatsapp. The whole process was so convenient, fast and easy.

WiFi connection was quite weak and could only be connected to in the bedrooms. It didn't work well in the living room and was completely out of reach in the outdoors seating areas. The area between the beach and the villa needed a mini shower for feet to wash off the sand.

Nice and clean house

Very bad service. The people don’t even know where the house is. We looked for more than one hour for the house. Service was giving a wrong address. Room was noisy and lights from outside was shining in. No blinders. Wrong internet password - no wifi

honestly i was very surprised from how clean and cool is the place, the agent was very friendly girl ( Reham ) she helped us in everything and made everything easy and smooth location is amazing and the area is very peaceful

No facilities on beach , poor lights on terrace , need to renovate the kitchen appliance & tools.
