The location was great and it’s close to the main attraction.

The reception staff was unprofessionally dressed up and there isn’t any professional approach. When I was at the reception there wasn’t any greetings at all and the staff was wearing shorts 🩳 and sandals. He was completely in different world. The hotel wasn’t clean at all from the entrance to the room. Also, there was bad smell 👃 everywhere. The room wasn’t big enough and the bed should be double but it was small double bed. There was stain mark on the duvet cover and the kettle and tea cup wasn’t clean 🧼. Room was to smelly and the door wasn’t shut properly because when I turned off the light then I could see outside lights and when people passing through. The bathroom was too small and even I couldn’t seat on toilet 🚽 properly because it was too small space. There wasn’t any handwashing either in the toilet even in 2024. There was covered to hang clothes but there wasn’t any hangers at all. I had very bad experiences and I won’t recommend this hotel to waste money. Also, there wasn’t any Wi-Fi . It was completely waste money .

Nothing i left

All of it un clean dangerous and damn right filthy I left it was so bad

We were moved to a ground floor room when the kind gentleman noticed I was on crutches which was above and beyond. We were able to come and go when we pleased and added bonus was that the parking was free although when I called and got through to I believe was a sakes rep or booking staff they saod I would have to pay.

The floors were uneven but to be honest it wasn't a huge deal. When I called I belive I got through to the chain call centre and they lied to me and pushed very hard for me to book with them instead of booking.com claiming she was cheaper (which she wasn't at all) I only called to discus disabled parking and instead of answering the question (which she could not) she pushed far to hard it was uncomfortable.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Location is just a 3 min walk to the seafront and start of the town. Free car parking for guests.

Very tired decor, lounge and bar both closed due to "covid19" (Isn't that 3 years ago?) No food at all, not even a vending machine and no toiletries.

Generally run down and scruffy, rooms not serviced daily (assume this is normal for an OYO though).

Only good thing about it very close to sea

My feet were black from the floor and the the manager or person that checked us in was rude and abbrupt
