The host tried to find a suitable apparment but none available. Travelled with others who had reasonable apartments for cost. Refund was provided when I moved to another hotel.

Condition and cleanliness of apparment(s). I was moved from one over run with ant to another with broken bathroom fittings, scribbles all over wall left with no blanket or towels.. WiFi was not provided until complained and a sim card for phone was given.

It was prepared just in time for the big conference. Things were just put together and not value for money

Location excellent - resort excellent - Zidan amazing would of checked out within the first hour only for him he fixed all - apartment needs a good deep clean and some love - zidan saves the day and I had a great stay overall
