Beautiful new home - mins away from Washington DC
Casa moderna nel cuore di Arlington, in Virginia. A pochi minuti da Washington DC. 0. 8 miglia di distanza dalla stazione della metropolitana Clarendon. Casa recentemente ricostruita con cinque camere da letto, quattro bagni. Tre camere da letto al piano superiore. Master suite con annesso ufficio / salotto. Bagno padronale di fascia alta con vasca da bagno a idromassaggio, ripiani in quarzo, lavandini per lui e per lei. Altre due spaziose camere da letto al piano superiore con armadio per la lavanderia Scendete nel seminterrato in una spaziosa zona giorno bonus, due enormi camere da letto e raggiungete l'accesso al cortile completamente recintato. L'open space al piano principale con zona pranzo centrale, cucina gourmet, soggiorno e camera familiare che offre un'atmosfera accogliente per la riunione di famiglia e amici. Un Uber di cinque minuti all'aeroporto di Reagan e una breve corsa in scooter elettrico per una cucina raffinata, un negozio di alimentari Whole Foods e alcuni dei migliori locali notturni che la Virginia ha da offrire!

This house is spacious, clean, and well looked after. Just a few minutes from Washington DC and the airport (Ronald Reagan/Washington National), and in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to several places to eat. I don't know if we will have that big of a group again, but if we do I know where we will look to stay. Thank You Again!

Thang was extremely accommodating, house was ideal for a big group, so well laid out for a big family, spotless, excellent location, great backyard. The house is functional and practical, but also beautiful. Close enough to DC, but much better to stay outside of DC. Lovely neighborhood, safe, close to shops, restaurants. Would definitely recommend and return!

The home we stayed in for my husbands funeral at Arlington was just perfect. We were just 5min. From the Hatfield gate at Ft Myer and 10 minutes from main entrance to the cemetery. The house was tastefully newly updated and tastefully decorated, extremely clean and had everything we needed. In addition the owner was most accommodating to our questions and easy to work with. It had a nice back yard with tables and chairs. The proximity to restaurants in downtown Arlington was just perfect. It was a great and meaningful weekend for my family with wonderful accommodations.

This house is amazing. So close to DC attractions. We drove to Pentagon City and parked the cars and took the blue line metro into DC. Perfect and fast. Book your museums ahead of time.
The house war great for 6 adults and 1 baby. Everyone had their own room and the house was filled with all the amenities needed. Highly recommend.

The house was very clean & spacious; room for our whole family. The location is so convenient to downtown Arlington (5 minutes!), Washington DC (15 minutes!), & Arlington National Cemetery (5 minutes). The kids enjoyed the fenced in backyard as well as the playroom downstairs. The owner was very helpful & responsive.

We were in town for a family reunion. Beautiful well maintained property. Fenced backyard was perfect place for children to play. Owner was very responsive to all inquires and accommodating to requests. We would definitely stay there again

This house is fantastic! It presents even better in person than in the advertising photos. This may have been the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It was immaculate! Thang was very accommodating and quick to respond to our needs. This was a family gathering for my father's burial at Arlington National Cemetery. We had 9 adults and one 4-year-old staying at the house. There was so much space! The main floor is ideal for entertaining and hosting a large gathering. The location was so near Arlington Cemetery that getting there was a breeze. May you be the lucky ones to stay in the master bedroom. The master bathroom is pure luxury! Thank you, Thang, for providing a wonderful place for our family to stay while we were remembering and honoring my dad.

We notified owner at check-in of low volume beep noise from lower level locked closet. Owner responded within minutes stating beep was likely alarm from sump pump and said he would come turn off beep. Owner suggested a time and asked if that time agreeable. Beep gone quickly...no further problem!
Supply of extra blankets available for beds would be appreciated. Stay included cold days.

We stayed with our 4 young children. The home was easy to locate, near freeways and attractions, had plenty of bedrooms, and large closets. There were enough basics in the kitchen to get by. We were also so grateful that the owner decorated for Christmas as we requested to make our Christmas away from home a little more magical.

We were in town with a group of couples for a wedding in D.C! This home is conveniently located and a short Uber ride to the airport and downtown DC. The house is updated and clean. The owner was very easy to work with as well :-)
Only suggestions would be maybe some more outdoor seating in the backyard, more towels in the downstairs bedrooms for the bathroom and dressers of some sort in the two downstairs bedrooms. The house is located on the corner of a busy street… But that did not bother us. Overall great experience!

The house was great. We had a group of 11, and had plenty of space to move around. The house was very clean, with comfortable beds.
The location was great, close to all the monuments and tourist attractions.
We were staying for the Maryland vs. Michigan State game. Not a bad drive to the University.
Would definitely rent again for any future games.

The layout of the property worked really well for our 2 families of 4 each. The unit was well equipped and location was ideal being very close to DC. Beds were comfortable just wish the couches were more comfortable, there was more seating in the tv room in the basement and that the video games worked. Overall we had a great stay here and plan to stay again when in the area.

We are a family of 13, the house is located close to all the DC sites, while it is close to the train station, with so many people we found it easier and more economical to drive and park each day. There was plenty of room in the house and it had most of the equipment we needed to prepare meals. The thing we did find is that the air was not distributed evenly upstairs for the hot August temps, and the basement was a little cool.

We needed a rental house when a family wedding brought all of us to Virginia. We range from senior citizens to an 18 month old. This house worked very well for us. The finished basement was perfect for the kids. We found the owner to be very responsive. It was a nice extra touch to have quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all showers. I would definitely rent this house again. It also has a great central local location

Excellent choice for a family vacation in DC area
Not much to say other than this was a great property, and I would easily stay here again. We had a group of 9, with ages spanning 8 to 68. The location was pretty good, especially if you have vehicles with you. However, the 15-20 minute walk to the metro is very easy, with nice sidewalks every step of the way.
One thing to keep in mind: all bedrooms require taking steps to access.

Lots of space and a great location
We stayed for three nights with four sets of adults and two kids. The layout of the house and number of bathrooms was perfect for a group this size. We liked having the sitting room toward the front of the house with the TV room in the back. The game room downstairs was a big hit with our boys as well. The location was really convenient to DCA and all the DC attractions. The traffic can be a little noisy, so I would recommend bringing ear plugs if you are sensitive to that. And note that it is a bit minimalist -- the coffee pot is small for a big group (just 5 cups) and there isn't coffee. If that's important for your group, like ours, you might want to plan ahead! And if you need extra blankets you need to ask for those ahead of time as well. Communication with the property manager was great. Highly recommend!

Awesome Experience
We stayed here to inter my brother into Arlington. The whole experience was great. A few things to improve on is the quality of the towels, heat does not distribute evening and need additional blankets on the beds. We had 10 teens and adults staying there but it was a hub for other family as well. I had to rent some chairs to accommodate the additional people. The game room was a huge hit and kept the kids downstairs, it was great! Well worth the money. Location is a little tough being on a busy corner but it worked out. Totally great experience.

Spacious and comfortable for large family gathering.
Beautiful, spacious house. Excellent location with easy access to groceries, walking distance to Clarendon Metro station, and a short 10 minute drive to Washington Reagan National Airport. Well laid out house with quiet corners to chill away from other guests. Large workable kitchen, fenced yard (front and back) and versatile bedroom layouts made sure everyone in our party was well fed, entertained and had a comfy bed to sleep in. 100% would stay here again. Host was responsive and house did not disappoint!!

Thanksgiving Stay
Property was very clean and host was very accessible. Location is very central for Arlington, Alexandria and DC. Maybe a 15-20 minute walk to the Clarendon Metro station. We had grandparents and teens and home was great for all. House is on a main road, so there is traffic more so on upstairs room. I would recommend this if you are looking for a nice, centrally located rental.

The Perfect Location
We were a group of five family members in the area to attend the interment and military funeral of the family patriarch who was 100 when he passed. This was a very emotional time for all and this well appointed and comfortable house was a great place to relax and recharge between a variety of formal gatherings. The home is clean, well maintained and stocked with the basics needed for comfort. The property owner was also very accommodating to a couple of special requests that we made.

My family booked this property for a funeral at Arlington. Perfect location and close to the cemetery and DC. Beautiful home, lots of space for our whole family. Large beautiful kitchen and dining room. We had a wonderful stay.

Great home/Great location
This home was lovely and a very short walk to the bus stop. We had to contact the owner regarding a problem, and he took care of it right away. I highly recommend staying here.
