The Villa was extremely spacious, well equipped with everything needed for a family holiday. All utensils supplied in the modern kitchen. Plenty of towels provided. Fantastic outdoor space with a BBQ, along with pool table and table tennis table. Rene was so helpful also, we contacted him to see if we could check out later, which wasn't possible because of new arrivals, but he helped us arrange to stay at another Apt for the day where we could shower etc which was fantastic as we had a late flight home. Also the main strip to all bars and restuarants is only a ten min walk away and is in a really good location. Little bit of hill walking back but absolutely no problem. I've a 7 and 12yr old, if they were tired we would get a taxi which wasnt more than €3. Everything was fantastic.

There is nothing I can say about this villa that I didn't like. I cannot find any fault whatsoever.

Great villa. really spacious and very central to the main strip but a little bit back less than 10 mins walk to make it private and noise free . The nearest shop is about 3 mins walk and a larger supermarket about 7 mins walk. Loads of great restaurants to choose from all within walking distance. Rene the owner is a lovely guy too . Highly recommend.

The house had everything we needed. The privacy at the pool for ourselves was amazing. A short walk from the strip and the hill wasn’t bad compared to other hills I have stayed on. René was so helpful.

Location was perfect with lots of amenities in walking distance and the villa was a great space to relax

Kitchen could do with a couple more facilities if it is being used to cook in instead of eating out

Plenty of space inside and out including 2 seperate 'living room' areas and a small balcony, heated pool, lots of loungers, pool table, lots of towels, well kitted kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle etc), good parking right outside property, lovely outdoor bar & bbq area with outdoor fridge, check in via key box so no problems with late arrival, host was very responsive (lock broke on first night and he came out at 9pm to check and let us back in and fixed within 24 hours), great location only 10 mins from seafront on foot or €3 taxi, small shop 2 mins walk away, Lidl only 5 mins drive, close to main road so no driving round town to get to from airport etc, air con in every room.

Sunbeds are a bit tired and some broken, sun does not hit pool in winter and although you get sun outside on the patio areas 10am-4pm you have to move beds around to stay in the sun, seafront although close is reached via a very steep hill, downstairs twin room is in an extension and the door locks from the inside by itself.

All mod cons including private pool and wifi. Was great to have the outdoor kitchen and extra fridge. Dishwasher and each one machine came in very handy.
