Easy to get to, large room including kitchen, great value, super nice and professional staff, dog friendly

Some ants in the room when I put dog food down for my dog, booking.com listing said hotel had EV charger but it doesn't (and staff said they have asked booking.com several times to remove that from the listing)

The location, the room just the hotel itself was nice.

No complaints here. I really enjoyed my stay.

My stay was awesome. I liked that there’s a nice kitchenette with full refrigerator and that the room was spacious. Breakfast had different options which was accommodating.

There was hair of different variations in the shower. Also when I called to get more towel no one was available. The phone rang busy, so I had to go get the towels from the front desk myself.

The breakfast was good as it had variety. The facility was nice, and the amenities were great. just The atmosphere was relaxing too.

The biggest issue that occurred was the housekeeping. We asked three times politely to have someone come change the sheets and towels. We were informed that we were scheduled for a cleaning on Tuesday & Thursday. We did not receive any housekeeping while we stayed there even though we were informed twice by two different staff members that we would. I wish the staff was more upfront with the issues with housekeeping as this will most likely prevent us from returning.

I stayed here before , just like the last time, it was awesome !

The tv remote didn’t sync with the tv at times .

The property is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will stay again next time in Richmond.
