Great location, lovely people, quiet and picturesque. Like a home away from home, had everything you needed.

Superb stay. Accommodation exactly as described. Beds very large & comfy, accommodation very clean and well maintained. The tea, coffee, milk and sugar, plus the fruit basket, were a lovely thought. The grounds are idyllic. We saw, deer, ponies, pigs, ducks, geese, swans and squirrels in/from the Cadnam Lodge Estate grounds. We hope to visit again and stay a bit longer next time (short break this time due to visiting relatives) we would have no hesitation in recommending.
Nothing to dislike at all. The only very minor recommendation we would have, would be for the fridge to be moved a little further away from the dresser/cooking station, then the top could be opened fully without the risk of knocking the toaster/kettle/coffee machine off the top of the fridge. That said the kitchen area was bigger than we anticipated, very cleverly designed to make the best of the space, and suited us fine. Very minor recommendation and didn't effect our enjoyment of this beautiful cottage.

Staying in the private grounds of the Cadnam estate was wonderful - the gardens and facilities were great ( especially the tennis court ), and seeing all the wild animals every day ( especially the deer ) was so special. The accommodation is well presented, and the welcoming fruit bowl on arrival was a very nice touch!
It’s clearly explained in the description, but we did miss having a lounge to relax in, especially as the weather was very wet on two of our three days there.

Superb park. Animals. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Good location for walks in the New Forest.
Excellent Indian fusion cuisine nearby.
Faint traffic noise. Rooms very comfortable but no inside sitting area (no problem during our stay in summer).. Departure 10:00 am.

The location was great as it was close to shops, attractions etc. The property felt very safe. We loved to walk around the property as it had a lot to see and explore. The lake with an array of wildlife including Swans and around the grounds had Deer, Horses, Pigs and Peacocks.

Beautiful environment with charming helpful hosts. Large park like grounds to walk in and enjoy the surroundings. Pretty parterre garden to sit in.

The property was lovely. The whole cottage was very well equipped with everything you need for a weeks holiday! The owners were amazing, during the high winds Sandra was checking in with us making sure we were ok and to see if the power was still on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cadnam Lodge despite the weather. We both will look forward to coming back again, this time hope the weather is a lot nicer!

it was peaceful and had great access to the new forest. it is really close to the motorway however you would never of known once in the cottage.
my only slight gripe was the bathroom was slightly colder than I’d of liked.

Beautiful location and lovely host
Would be nice to have a lounge and also a washing machine as I have been away for 10 days before arriving on site

Amazing location and beautiful lodge. Sandra our host was so lovely and had a great wealth of knowledge of the New Forest to help us make the most of our stay. We will definitely be back again!

Set in beautiful grounds that you can walk round. The accommodation was great, beautifully clean and comfortable with everything that you could want. We had a lovely weekend there.
A bit noisy from the road outside but fine inside.

Beautiful Location. Worth a visit and so central to New Forest.
Lovely lake to walk around.
Tennis courts were available to use. Easy access.
Pillows were too soft. But not a big deal.

Host was lovely and couldn't do any more for us, location perfect, loved watching the duck family
Bathroom door wouldn't close, not nice. also bathroom and side lights didn't work. Missed having no where to sit to chat or watch TV, the other lodge was 1 bedroom but had lots living space

Location was great, the host was very pleasant. We were given fruit, milk and eggs from their farm on arrival. The cottage and the house was surrounded by fields and beautiful gardens with old trees and a lake.
