The position, so close to the sea front, the facilities which were really well thought out and designed, the light soothing decor, the welcome package which sets you up, the little patio, having designated parking, equipment in the kitchen, tissues, washing up liquid, cloths etc, the peace and quiet, that there were places you could walk to for food and drink, it was more spacious than expected, there was a sofa and stools to sit on to eat. Instructions for use, departure the key etc were also really clear.

There is nothing that I could think of to add to this studio.

Very nice modern apartment, with private parking spot. Close to the seashore. A nice gesture of a welcome bucket going beyond what you'll tipically find, including products for the next day's breakfast. Great and modern bathroom, comfortable bed. Big plus for contactless check in. Honestly there's nothing we can think of to complain about.

The only "issue" for us is that we'd prefer 1-bedroom instead of studio - but it's not something that lowers our grade, it was clearly stated that the apartment is a studio, and we new what we've signed up for.

We were very happy with the Studio, The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the food basket was a bonus. We were warm and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Apartment was clean and comfortable, welcome hamper was a lovely touch. Location was perfect, gorgeous coastal walks and the stunning New forest right there to explore

Friendly communications with the owner and a nice welcome basket of breakfast supplies. Easy parking outside, quiet location. Will definitely stay at clifftop again and have recommended it

Tastefully decorated studio apartment. The hosts provided little treats like a couple of beers, some items for breakfast. The place was immaculately clean. It's only five minutes' walk to the coast, and only a short drive to Highcliffe Castle (for a sandy beach) or the New Forest (for delightful walks in the countryside).

WiFi was a little unreliable. It dropped out a couple of times, and our laptop could only connect to HTTPS not HTTP sites. Not sure why.

We had a fab time at Cliff Top Studio. It was so nice to have a couple of cold beers waiting in the fridge when you arrived & also butter, milk, eggs & bread in a little hamper. We look forward to coming back here very soon !

The only improvement that we would suggest is for some black out curtains. Unfortunately the light shines brightly through the white blinds at 5.30am & we would of liked a bit of a lay in whilst on holiday. So came home feeling pretty tired!
