Fabulous modern caravan, very clean! Easy transaction with the lovely hosts. The area & park is well known to me, but introducing new family members to the facilities was great, as they had so much fun. You cannot beat Rockley Park as a location for Poole, Sandbanks & local parks / beaches in Hamworthy. The caravan also has a few little extras - a Wii, board games & books. Salt, pepper, coffee, tea & lots of cleaning products provided. We got a good price for 4 nights outside of school holidays. Would definitely use this caravan again.

You bring your own bedding, towels etc, but I feel the actual duvets could do with a wash.

It was a lovely , well kept up caravan I think most people would of felt very comfortable there. The person I messaged before holiday and when there was helpful, kind and very sorry about things.

The booking said WiFi but there wasn’t and when asked it was like yeah sorry doesn’t always work. That effected my stay There was trains flying past at very early morning and shock the bed, no comment about this. There meant to be fairy liquid left but wasn’t There no welcome book on how to sort heating, fire, tv, nothing I felt totally confused on arrival

cleanliness, simplicity, kindness and flexibility of owner, ease of access, cleaning supplies, the fact it has an iron. Generally really nice accommodation with a modern feel.

Booked privately, host was amazing. The site was clean, not overly busy considering it was peak season. Evening entertainment was fab. Cant really comment on much more.

We had a last minute cancellation. So on arrival we found that we couldn't book and swimming or kids clubs. We paid £80 for a family of 4 for the evening entertainment for 2 nights. And outdoor pool was closed!

The caravan was very clean and comfortable.

Everything for a nice family get away

Really well equipped and nicely furnished caravan. It had absolutely everything a family would need, including aluminium foil, vinegar and salt, all sorts of cleaning products etc . Location is excellent, we really enjoyed staying there. Never attempted to walk to the beach tho! Think it’s a bit far with a baby. We managed to use the indoor pool one day which was a delight for our 1 year old. We also ate out at the restaurant once which again was a decent meal.

Mattress quality. Neighbours at caravan parks are always a bit of a gamble - nothing to do with our hosts who really did their best. However, we did have a family party next door at midnight on the Saturday night. Having a small baby, this was quite an unpleasant experience but again you are never guaranteed with these things anywhere!

We had a lovely weekend, it was scorching hot and we spent the whole time at the beach. The beach was great, not very big but it wasn't too busy and lovely and shallow so perfect for young kids. The caravan is really spacious, especially the main bedroom which has plenty of room. It was also very clean and has a nice layout generally.

The caravan has other caravans all around it so not the best location within the site. A few items were missing we thought such as a, for example, a toaster and wine glasses. Unfortunately, you cannot book any of the Haven activities before arrival, so we went straight to reception first thing only to be told that everything was fully booked for the whole weekend. This meant we couldn't use the swimming pool or book the entertainment etc - one of the selling points for choosing Rockley Park. The kids were extremely disappointed. Thankfully the weather was amazing so we could go to the beach otherwise the stay would have been a big letdown.
