Presso questo appartamento per non fumatori si possono praticare attività come accesso privilegiato alle piste da sci, golf e molte altre. Puoi raggiungere Chula Vista Waterparks e Wisconsin River in 5 minuti a piedi. Hai un mezzo e non sai dove posteggiarlo? Nessun problema: qui trovi anche un parcheggio.
Oltre a 2 camere e 2 bagni, in questa sistemazione troverai un’area soggiorno, un divano letto, un caminetto e aria condizionata. Potrai approfittare di accesso a internet, TV, videogiochi e lettore DVD: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile. Si certo... le dotazioni come asciugamani e asciugacapelli sono importanti. Ma cosa ne diresti di una vasca idromassaggio? Nella cucina troverai un forno, un piano cottura e un frigorifero, oltre a un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, una macchina per il ghiaccio e un microonde. Qui trovi lavatrice e asciugatrice: porta con te solo lo stretto indispensabile e fai qualche bucato. Lenzuola, ferro/asse da stiro e riscaldamento sono tra i servizi e le dotazioni inclusi.

The condo is really nice however it was dirty; the sinks, faucets and floors were very clearly not cleaned, the toilet rim had urine on it and one of the beds had a pubic hair on the sheets. I understand that things get missed but this many things tell me the place was not cleaned from one family to the next. I contacted Vacasa who said they would get back to me and never did. The shower curtain is old and gross, it costs a few dollars to put a new one in, this should be changed regularly, not saying after every stay but definitely a regular changing.

Very spacious and clean condo for a girl's weekend!
The condo was exactly as pictured, including the fact that there were only 3 chairs around the dining room table:) VERY spacious and the beds were very comfortable. As was the sofa bed according to my friend. The night we arrived, their app was having some trouble so we had to call to get our access code (and actually for help to find the exact building we were going to) and the phone was answered very quickly and each person I spoke to was VERY helpful. Also nice and quiet, we couldn't hear any of our neighbors. We didn't try the tub but I can tell you it is huge! Would be nice if it had additional comfy seating in the living room but again, you can see what is there. We had a great time and would definitely recommend! Really great first experience using Vacasa.

Don't try to.make complete meals, as the kitchen barely has items. Incomplete sets, missing items such as tongs, etc.

Not as expected
The room was clean, but a very tight fit for 7 people. There is not enough closet and storage space for 7 people. The master bathroom has a pedestal sink and a tiny shower.
The resort offers several amenities, but we were not allowed to use them because we booked through a private party. When you read through the amenities on the listing it states you can purchase passes to use the water parks and other amenities, but when we tried to buy them we were told we couldn't get them. You should definitely make sure the resort will allow you to purchase the passes before booking the room.

There were some decent amenities on the properties, but most were not included in the booking price such as the water park, mini golf, etc. Restaurants were decent and condo was clean, but hallways, lobby and elevators were always dirty.

Needs improvement
The condo itself was clean, but the main corridors and lobby were a mess. We constantly found trash in the halls and elevators and nothing looked like it had be vacuumed in days. We never found the wavepool and when we asked about it, Restaurants were decent. The living room furniture in condo was broken down and needs replaced.

Family trip
We enjoyed the condo as it was spacious and perfect for our family. Unfortunately the resort was short on help so some of the slides were not open, garbage was overflowing and it wasn’t very clean. Lots of fun things to do in the area though.

Big Space and Easy Communication - a few hiccups
The room itself is great for two families and it sounds like it was recently bought out by Vacasa. The inventory did not match, items were missing and many things damaged. The beds were comfortable, but we could not find extra blankets or pillows if someone were to use the sofabed.
The Property manager's information was texted to us prior to arriving, and she was very easy to get a hold of. The hot tub was broken upon arrival, and was not fixed the entire time we were there. We were not notified of this prior to arrival, and would have most likely cancelled if this were the case. We were credited some funds due to the inconvenience after making a few calls.
Waterpark passes are not included (as mentioned in the description), so expect to pay $35 per person, per day.
Positives: Great room layout, comfortable beds and quick communication while in the condo
Negatives: Hot tub being broken (I am sure it is fixed now) and condo's missing items / damage

Nice space hot tub/jacuzzi had no jets
It was a great place; especially for the price; however, I wanted a room with a hot tub/jacuzzi. The one in our room was missing the control panel so it was just like a large bath with a large hole. Everything else was nice.

Large space. Clean.
Email only gave unit number however needed more information on which building the unit was in and to go to registration in main building for maps, assistance. Condo only had 2 spoons and pillows need an upgrade. Had all amenities listed and very spacious. We were only ones on the floor however could not get later checkout? Nice room and cost was great.
