sliding doors were broken and unable to close. upon bring up to staff it seemed like an inconvenience to them, even after mentioning it being a safety concern for my 3 year old child. the receptionist was the rudest I’ve dealt with in my life, came back with ‘well I think he’s gone home so I’ll let you know if we can even get there today’. put me on hold mid sentence, wouldn’t let me get a word in. problems with the key and front door resulting us being locked out in the lobby with all our food and kids while we got told to wait for the repair guy. pool was dirty upon being today it was being cleaned that day. lights broken everywhere / bedroom lights flickering bad curtains broken making one room unable to sleep in bedding stained

good views very spacious good for a group booking

due to it being old, there was a few things that could have been fixed such as lighting and door handles toilet leaks

position was perfect. beds were comfy

it was absolutely filthy. if anyone had no shoes on their feet they were black! the kitchen was sparse of cooking equipment and dirty. pool area was atrocious. balcony was just disgusting. the fridge didn’t seal properly & beeped constantly.

We are so unhappy with this accommodation It is so below the standard we expect! Things with problems.... Hook to hold door broken on verandah Light in main bathroom blown No hot spa Netflix did not connect Wobbly rails Curtains off hooks can’t reach to fix No oven trays, no sharp knives Microwave doesn’t heat Light in sauna doesn’t work Sauna doesn’t work 4 single instead of two queens - singles pushed together to look like a king Sauna fuse won’t stay on Lights at pool don’t work, pool dirty, most areas unclean!

There was a lot of maintenance that needed done, the sauna didn’t work and a lot of lights etc

Kitchen great. Living room great.

Bedrooms all run down with paint bubbling in the room upstairs, sauna run down and not useable, uncomfortable beds (doubles pushed together). Building work on the outside was happening at time of my stay and this prevented me from using pool and whole rooftop without being in sight and surrounded by tradies working on the roof next to the pool. Not to mention the noise from all this, right outside of my top floor poolside master room. No notice of works being carried at time of booking.
