Wow, what a beautiful house. It has every amenity you could need, and the location is great. Close to shops and restaurants, and you could walk to Garden of the Gods. It was perfect for our group of 12. The host is very responsive as well. Highly recommend!

If you’re into sneaking around being quiet, constantly shushing your friends and family, going to bed at 10 and paying someone else hundreds of dollars to do their chores, this is the place for you! Had to buy our own TP, and found moldy bread and a used washcloth downstairs. Not enough clean towels for 8. Found the dryer stuffed full of multiple loads of wet bedding and the washer crammed full of multiple loads of wet towels. Requested a refund of cleaning fees since we had to do multiple loads of someone else’s laundry….and was completely ignored. After we finished our chores we took turns in the hot tub and going outside so as not to disturb the neighbors or have the cops called and interfere with our cleaning. Location is superb. House is beautiful on the outside but…. Meh. One couple gets the beautiful master bedroom upstairs. Everyone else goes to the basement where all the rooms connect like a maze and crammed together with cramped spaces. If you want to gaze lovingly upon your family member while they slumber, you don’t even have to go back into the maze… just open that door in your room that should be a closet. It also connects to their room for easy lurking. I got the good room since I did the chores. Yay me! I might not be so salty at a lower rate but I paid thousands of dollars for this experience and was wildly underwhelmed for the price.

Great house in a great location. We stayed there with 14 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is amazing and made cooking for such a large group easy. The only complaint we had was the water pressure at times was little more than a trickle and for some reason only hot water would come out.

This is a beutiful house. We needed a large home and had a party of 11. The bedrooms are a mix some sleep 4 others 3. It advertises as sleeps 14 and it does but or group of 11 allowed single people their own rooms and couples theirs. The master had a large bed and a single for my teen son which was perfect. The master bedroom is basically the second floor all other rooms are lower level and great. The kitchen was stocked and large with plenty of seating. The outside area was great and some used the hot tub which I was told were great. Is close to Manitou which was what we were looking for. I would not heaitate to rent this again and probably will. Houses this size for USAFA graduations are expensive but this was right in line with comparable homes this size. Also as side note we ordered Dickies BBQ right to house and Sugarplum Bakery for grad cake. Both awaome.

There were 10 adults, a 4-year-old, and two 2-year-olds who stayed here and there was more than enough room for all of us. We absolutely loved the kitchen with its two dishwashers, stainless steel counters, six-burner stove and open concept. We were able to cook our entire Thanksgiving meal without getting in each other's way. The hot tub was fabulous and big. Location is excellent, within walking distance of Safeway and Walgreens. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

The home was large and really fit the needs for our family! We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. What ruined the trip was the lack of communication by the owner to take her responsibility of the property. The hot tub that was advertised and one of the amenities we looked for and booked for was not usable when we arrived. Each day it was supposed to be fixed, but we actually could not use it the entire stay. Each day I WAS THE ONE who had to reach out and ask if the hot tub would be usable. The manager, Crystal was responsive when I texted but it seemed her hands were tied as the owner needed to order the work needed for the hot tub. It seemed the owner didn’t really care that her guests were unsatisfied with our stay. All she needed to do was to reach out and offer assistance. There was minimal response and obviously no work done. We did get a small refund, but even THAT I had to ask for and follow up on. I did not expect to go on a family vacation and have to daily inquire what was being done for what was promised with our rental fee. It was a disappointing experience.

Phenomenal space! Perfect location! Excellent for large size group. Truly a great home for a rental. The only challenge was communication between our group and the property managers. For whatever reason, we were not able to communicate through the Vrbo system which made things a bit challenging in navigating our arrival and check-in. We never were able to figure out what caused the issue, but thankfully were able to communicate through a different avenue.
