I had a nightmare holiday by staying at this resort. It was not enjoy at all. You want to stay out of the city with busy crowded people, try to find nice and quite getaway at holiday season but you've got the wrong place and wrong timing. The worst resort I've ever been to. I've got the room different to what was on the display photo booked through out Booking.com . I have spoke to one of the staff that the room on the photo with stair inside like 2 storey, it's called Chrysanthemum, I told him that I want that room therefore I came around 7am to do early check-in to ensure I've got the room as showing at booking.com but ended up I've got different room as they blamed on booking.com system who booked the Deluxe Double Beds in one room instead 2 level storey room. I think booking.com need to make it cleared regarding room details and photo display. A lot of things that I think this resort is not recommended to stay. You won't enjoy the accommodation facilities as they over none for their hotel guest. These are my reasons: 1. We have to pay Entrance fee of Rp 25.000 per person even you've booked 2 night for 4 Adults but still you need to pay. Nothing is free in this resort. Not like other resort, they give you free for entrance fee according to number people of room allowed like breakfast. 2. THIS RESORT DID NOT FOLLOW CORONOVIRUS 19 HEALTH REGULATION PROTOCOL. They did not check the body temperature on everyone, there was not Check-in Barcode PerduliLindungi. 3. They allowed other visitor to do day trip without limitation for the number of peoole came in as long as they paid for Entrance Fee. So you can imagine during this Holiday season How crowded this place was. That's mean they have broke the rule of social distancing during pandemic 4. Every Iconic Area for photo they charge for Entrance Fee including Swimming pool between guest and day trip visitor all shared together, you could imagine how crowded this pool was 5.

Not far from Jakarta. Nice landscape, a lot of photoshoot area.

Dirty, The restaurant didn't get clean well (the staff only wipe all the food-rubbish and used tissues to the floor, No sweeping). The Unit was lots of dust, toilet smell and didn't clean well (it was ok for pee, but if you poo, it didn't flush away). I was use the room 218 in Chrysanthemum. Also the stair is too dangerous (found it cracks on the handle).

but no with the room that's small size for family with 2 children no with the visitor that's very much in weekend, I cannot feel confort the villas must to limited the visitors

The room was smell (from the bathroom), the toilet not properly attached with the bathroom floor, the shower equipment got problem when we’d like to adjust the showerhead (detached from the wall), no hair dryer, amenities only small size soap, no towels in the bathroom and hv asked until 3x to get it (took 3hrs n more to finally received it) toothbrush 2 ok, and showercap. Only 1 electricity socket in the room! There’s also an entry fee of 25k/pax & car 10k. We think the resort guests should receive privileges for not paid such fees anymore (e.g designated entry ticket per room and paid for the remaining pax only).

Beautiful view with manicured garden. And lots of photo spots.

I have to pay entry ticket. Its charged idr 25.000 per person. Breakfast 👎, lack of toiletries, lack of cleanliness, crowded restaurant..

Nice for selfie spot, coffeshop open until midnight, leisure hotel.

The location too far from main street, no covid 19 protocol , no.privacy for hotel guest (no border from public guest), must bring the bag to room byself (not offered bellboy)
