It was cheap. Average facilities, nothing special, room was clean.

Mattress on the floor Stairs going up to the mattress Tiles cracked 2 different check out times one at 11 then one saying 10. Location wasn't the best but bike was safe outside. Just felt out the way.

We got the codes to the main door and to our room, these worked really good. Public transport and shops are close to the apartment.

There are 2 fridges in the kitchen, but they are full, we didn’t have much space for our things. I think guests leave their things in there when they leave, a private mini fridge would be better in the room. It would have been nice if there were 2 chairs in the room, so both of us could sit down. Also a hairdrier would be nice.

I had high hopes for this property as it looked nice on the pictures, but the looks was the only thing nice about it. The property is made out to look new and stylish, but unfortunately it's all just facade. The bedrooms were each missing a bedside table (you can tell by the holes in the walls left behind). The quality of the items is sub par, so is the cracked floor everywhere.

The location was sketchy, the rooms were on the 4th floor (3rd floor for europeans) without any elevator. The listing for a family suite made it look and sound like it would be a space with two bedrooms and own bathroom, when it really was separate rooms and a shared bathroom all accessible separately via code. The bed in one of the rooms was broken in one side so I laid in a hole, causing severe back pain. Upon contacting the team I was told the handyman would come by to check, and didn't find anything. The room was untouched, so nothing was done and another night was spent in pain. The windows could not be opened due to loud noise outside from neighbors, traffic, and a giant exhaust pipe right outside the window. They could also not be opened while darkening the room via tilting, so the bright lights illuminated the entire room all night. When we arrived, there were mountains of trash piled up by the entrance door in the heat, which was awful to come home to. In addition to that, the window we had above the entrance was open when we arrived and the room was thus full of flies and gnats. The shower temperature was very varied at random, changing it via the knob was very difficult and it seemed stuck or broken. I never received any information on what could be done about this by the team. The wifi was also very unreliable and the team just stated that it was because the house is full. I will not recommend this property to anyone.

Comfy bed, cosy little room and nice wet room style shower

Bathroom didn't have a window so took a while for steam to clear and coffee machine was broken but these are very minor issues

The location in the city was fine, we could explore Brussels by walking. The room was clean.

There was basically no furniture in our room, only a bed. However, there was a TV on the wall - but without a sofa or at least two comfortable chairs, it makes little sense. You could sit on the floor. Also, the bed had to be reached by a ladder that seemed badly damaged already, we were very careful not to step on the worst of the steps. Finally, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. For a night, it was fine, but I would not come back here.

The room was clean and modern. Accessible location. The check in info was very smooth. I will definitely stay here next time.

Coffeemaker was in the kitchen doesn’t work. The check-out is a little bit early. Bathroom is outside of room and you don’t know if it is shared or not.

The room was quite spacious and had all we needed. The place was within walking distance of Midi station, and, unlike some other places near Midi station, the area nearby is pleasant. There was a well equipped communal kitchen, though we didn't use it except to make a cup of tea.

The bed is raised above the bathroom, which makes good use of space, but the steps to it are quite high and steep. Some capsules for a coffee machine were kindly left in the room for us, as well as tea bags, but we could not find a coffee machine in the kitchen or in the room. Not a big problem, we had tea instead.

It was clean, with a nice tv. Warm shower, nice desk, etc.

A shower handle fell off, the tv remote's battery was empty at the end of the stay. The sun will wake you up, the curtains are bad

Rooms are clean in general.

1. No hot water in the bathroom (shower &sink) at night. 2. Large noise from downstairs. 3. Heater broken in one of the bedroom. 4. Smells terrible in the hall way. 5. The washing machine and dryer in the basement is creepy and dirty. 6. The water kettle in the kitchen is dirty.

Good space and very comfortable. Only 10 minute walk away from nearest metro and about 6 mins from nearest tram station. Good communication from the property.

i feel like the shower facility could have been cleaner with some orange around the seals on the floor and mould by the windows. under the stairway in room it was quite dirty which put me off using the beanbags. however, this is me being very picky and overall would recommend someone to stay here and i would stay again as good value for money

It was very cozy room. room was clean and comfortable.

Its not very close to city center.
