Lo mejor la ubicación y la piscina climatizada en invierno. La comida bastante bien. El personal, en general, muy bien.

El descanso, debido al poco confort de cama y almohada (duermo en dos o tres camas diferentes a la semana durante todo el año y aquí no fui capaz de descansar). Ruido por las mañanas a partir de las 7:30-8. Algo normal en este tipo de hoteles.

Great location and very nice hotel. Clean, good sized room, comfortable bed and quiet. Good choice for breakfast.

No kettle in the room for a morning coffee.

Location was great, 10 min walk from the old town, 10 min walk from the madness, 5 mins from the beach. Food was nice, pool was nice, staff were friendly. Entertainment was mainly Spanish as the majority of guests were Spanish, which I enjoyed as I enjoyed soaking up the Spanish culture.

The room was on the small side, and there was a water leak which meant that I couldn't go onto the balcony for the last night.

Excellent location, 5 mins from beach & a bit more to old town. Loads of bars etc within 5 mins walk. Really good swimming pools. Breakfast plentiful, although continental

view at the back of the hotel nothing to write home about

location & cleanliness

Lovely hotel, very clean and the staff was so friendly. We really enjoyed the Spanish dancing one evening, was a fantastic atmosphere. Will definitely be booking again soon.

i stayed with 3 of my friends and in all of our rooms the air conditioning wasn't working for the duration of our stay. as the temperature was approx 26c daily and mild at night the room became too hot trying to sleep

Amazing hotel, very central to everything.

The hotel was in a good location, central to old and new town so ideal for exploring both. There are 2 pool areas which were lovely and a raised jacuzzi area which we all liked. The rooms were very clean, towels were changed daily and we had a free safety deposit box. The bathroom was great, spacious with a waterfall shower

The photographs of the rooms are very deceiving. They are very small, there was no room and we had a triple room and it was just a double with a third bed added, for adults this just doesn't work. No space and no storage. There were also only 2 chairs on the balcony for 3 adults. The description claimed that there was free air con yet we did not get it so the rooms were very hot with 3 adults and also stated that the hotel offered buereu de change however this was also not true. There is no where near enough lifts to service the property, the breakfast was bad in our experience and the staff just wern't friendly unfortunately.
