I loved the host woman she was so nice bless her! My first solo trip and she really did make it at ease with the advice. I felt safe and happy!

The apartment was basic very clean and in a short walk from the restaurant s and bars
I booked a sea view room or so I taught I was given a room with no view whatsoever with an small internal courtyard the apartment was very small and very basic

Very good location, friendly staff, good communication. Handy for dive centre we were using. Lots of nice restaurants close by including very good vegetarian place right next door.
It was all great, no complaints

The staff from the owners to the maintenance team and the cleaning team were always pleasant and very helpful 👍

The location and that it was cleaned every other day. The vews from the room and swimming pool.
There were only 3 glass4s forks etc in the kitchen. A microwave oven would be very useful and basic cooking ingredients like oil salt, pepper.

Location excellent. Small quiet complex. Rooms kept clean. Superb views over the harbour and volcanic hills.
Fridge hard up against oven. Sofa extremely uncomfortable. Cleanliness of the small pool. Pool bar no longer open.

Lots of restaurants available in close vicinity.
Good local supermarket for day-to-day purchases (well-priced).
Near main resort area if required but not so close as to have disturbance.
Many good walks & sea trips available locally.
Good beaches within easy reach.
Easy to get to local airport.

The complex is lacking facilities such as a toilet for communal use which can be an issue if your checking out and have time to hang around until you leave as there are no facilities to use

Location was nice and close to the « old Town » which is the prettiest
You can do everything by feet
The swimming pool is really a good plus and the view is beautifull
The commun area are quiet
The cleaness was okay but we found two cockroachs in the flat

We were 2 couples staying in apts 305 and 306 at the sun terrace. Amazing view of the harbour, beautiful, clean and comfortable apartments.
So peaceful and restful. Staff so friendly and helpful. Fan provided in advance which was great as it was quite humid during our stay.
Small pool but perfectly adequate for size of complex and so clean, the cleanest pool I've ever seen. Entire complex was immaculately clean and well cared for.
A little bit off the beaten track, approx 10 minutes walk into old town but some nice bars close by and a shop with all essentials across the road.
The pool bar is closed which was a pity, we feel we would have stayed around the pool and terraces more if snacks and drinks were available and it would have contributed to the holiday atmosphere.

We loved the views and 50 % of the time was peaceful, Stephanie was lovly on receipt ion, the cleaning staff was fabulous.
The male staff while doing maintenance , very noisy, and while working shouting to on another with what seemed to be no regard for people relaxing , even after 6 in the evening. I II did complain but was not much different.

Apt 104 had balcony on to the street, a higher apartment would have better view .
Check out time 12 noon and no bag storage area after 14.00 , as flight was in the evening , they had no area with toilet facilities to sit about and relax. Agua Marina have limited reception hours.

We were given a top floor apartment, with a super view overlooking the harbour. The staff were very helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The beds were extremely comfortable and overall, we had a lovely stay.
There is nothing that we didn't like.

I've stayed here ten or more times. A fabulous place to stay..Great location. Good value. Mostly very friendly, helpful staff. Generally my first PDC stay option.
I normally curse at these so curse away. Never felt the need to complain before but just a small observation. The place seemed busier than I have ever experienced but reception opening & closing times were a bit sporadic. Wish I would have booked an extra night so we could have had a more chilled last day due to late night flight.
