beautiful and spacious property

Kasparis View Residence was exceptional. We had our wedding at Lefkara and we stayed there afterwards with our friends. Overall, we had a great and memorable weekend. We were able to host a small gathering the day after our wedding at the pool where we chilled for the entire day. The house is in a quiet location overlooking the valleys and the sea. It's fully equipped with BBQ equipment, an outdoor bar area with a fridge, outdoor shower and toilet, table tennis as well as a TV outside. The garden is huge with enough seats at various spots and very nicely decorated. It's a great house for a group of people wanting to relax or party together, as well as for special occassions like reunions or bachelor/hen weekends. The owners have been very helpful and very hospitable. They even equipped the fridge with breakfast things and fruit. They gave us a good tour and explained where everything is and they were always available for questions. The three bedrooms upstairs are very spacious with comfy beds and luxurious showers. There are two more bedrooms on the ground floor, although one of these is rather small and warm during the summer months.

Kitchen cupboards and fridge were packed with excellent provisions for breakfasts throughout our stay. Outdoor space was more extensive than expected. Bedrooms clean and spacious.

The house benefits from an amazing view and privacy since it has no neighbors. The owners are really polite and helpful, on anything we asked them, they are local and they can advise on restaurants, beaches, etc.

The address on Booking is wrong. Other than that the villa is great!!

The house is absolutely amazing, has all the luxuries and amenities, any guest could ask for.

The house is immaculately prepared for the arrival of guests. Beautiful view of both sea and hills. Lots of kitchen appliances, even a chocolate fountain device)). Different kinds of tableware and utensils. Fireplace is magic! And there is a ping-pong table in the garage. Enough parking place for several cars.
