The location was fantastic! Everything, just 5-15min walk away. No need for car or bus unless you're going across the island for a tourist attraction

The book instructions provided in the room are completely wrong. The instructions on locking the door, wrong. The instructions on where to find garbage chute, wrong. Laundromat, wrong. The book was written for some other location and was completely unreliable. Many calls had to be made using the Dack app and on our first day, we spent 15mins troubleshooting how to lock our room when we were trying to leave to explore Hawaii. The person on the phone seemed to be reading from the same book and was just telling us the same information. We discovered the proper way accidentally on our own (you have to type your code in and then turn the knob. You do not have to press the button the instructions say to press. That does nothing. Just type your code, turn the knob to the right, and wait 3 seconds). Also, No room service. This was expected as they say this in the booking, but it really weighed on us during the latter half of our 8-night stay. We asked for new towels and soap and the person wasn't very kind when responding to us and didn't give me the hand cloths I requested.

I didn't have breakfast. About the location is excellent.

Before I didi the reservation it was talking about having free parking. When I arrived, I wasn’t free parking. I would have to pay $35/day. Was not clear about this before booking.

Love how it was so close to the beach

The staff was a little unhelpful but I had a great stay reguardless
