It be was quite and I loved that there was a garden attached, it also meant we were able to cook and wash clothes if we needed to which is perfect when you have a little one
It was lovely there were a few maintained things that needed doing, some redecorating here and there and also one of the sinks in the bathroom was out of use.

Spacious, good location, well equipped.
No control over heating, meant we were cold at odd times. Needs a light to show where the entrance is, of the road, as it is on a blind bend.

Excellent cottage with everything you need for a family holiday.
Would definitely stay again and have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to friends and family.
The Fox Steakhouse recommended by the hosts is a great find and only a ten minute drive away.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at the cottage. It has been beautifully renovated and came with everything we needed. On arrival it was spotless, with milk and some welcome sweets and crisps. Perfect spot to explore the countryside and coast.

Parking
Not a didn't like. But could do with full length mirror or a least decent sized mirror, its a girl thing.

Owner was very helpful and quickly fixed a minor problem. The property was very clean, fully equipped, warm and comfortable. Would happily stay again.

Cleanliness, views,. Fitted out to a very high standard.
No teapot/ coffee pot/ cafetier. Limited China. Needs more mugs. No heater in the sitting room although owner did increase the central heating time which helped.

A bowl of chocolates and a packet of crisps was waiting for me which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped; in fact the whole place was very comfortable. The TV had Netflix and Amazon Prime so there was no shortage of viewing in the evening. The master bed was comfy too which isn't always the case.
The only slight negative was the noisy pump on the toilet and shower upstairs. Not a problem for me as I was there on my own - and I couldn't hear anything from next door - but if you're a light sleeper it might wake you up.

Very clean and comfortable, pleasant south-facing garden and just a short walk from a great pub that serves food.

Great location in North Norfolk with easy access by road to Norwich, local towns and the coast. Very comfortable place to stay in a recently restored cottage.
