Location great, bed very comfy

Cleaning could have been better especially in the kitchen area - (top edge of cupboards just need to be cleaned where crumbs and grime gather) Written Instructions for the appliances would have helped however the host sent details when asked. Property was cold when we arrived however warmed up by the end of the first day once thermostat was switched on.

House was ideally located with all amenities close at hand. The house was beautiful and clean. Rooms huge. Beds very comfortable. The kitchen very well stocked with all the little bits that you don't want to bring from home like washing up liquid and tea/ coffee just make everything so much better.

The location was great, 2 minutes from shops, sea front and tram stop. The house was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable, nice modern deco, it was very homely and welcoming. Owner was fab, nothing too much trouble and we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine waiting for us on our arrival.

There was nothing we didn't like, it exceeded our expectations.

House was comfortable and had all the basics needed for our stay. Welcome pack of wine, soft drinks and confectionery was a nice thought. Location excellent for tram, taxi etc to get into Blackpool and fleetwood

Beds and pillows could have been a little more comfortable as two of our party didn’t really get any good nights sleep. On the morning of our departure (we had to leave by 9 to get to the airport in time for our flight back home) half of the house had no electricity and there was no hot water therefore we had to have cold water showers. Only area that seemed to work was the kitchen although lack of electricity meant the hob didn’t work and there was no hot water to wash dishes etc so unsure if problem was timer-related issue

Loved the comfort of the property,had all essential items for our break.also had a lovely welcome basket which I thought was a lovely touch

Another bathroom or shower facilities as we were a family of 6 so struggle with one bathroom

Excellent location, short walk to both tram / beach and only 10 mins or so tram ride to Pleasure Beach!! Quiet area of town, but with shops/restaurants conveniently around the corner!

Location was very convenient, Quiet area apart from a very early bin collection one day.

Furniture missing in lounge from photos on booking.com, could have done with another chair/sofa/bean bag (as shown) Kitchen could have done with a deep clean.

Perfect location and high standard decoration

Fresh modern style interior with everything we needed. Very close to restaurants/supermarket/shops/beach. Connections to transport easy. Nice outside area a bonus as extremely hot when we stayed. Nice welcome pack appreciated on arrival. Kirk, the owner, definitely there to help if needed. :)

A very clean and well presented property which was well situated with the Bispham area with supermarket, nice restaurants, bars and coffee shop only a 5 minute walk away. The host was very helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out. Very good value for money, we will no doubt be returning in the future.

Everything. The place is fantastic. Location is also great amd being pet friendly is also a bonus.

Loved it all. Little hard to get parked as its on street but we put one car in the drive and then parked across it. Kirb for driveway isn't lowered though. Living room. Settee isn't comfortable but we were hardly in.

The property is a little home away from home, beautiful and clean . Comfy beds and everything you need. Hamper & filled optics were a nice touch to start the weekend. Will be back
