I complained about the heat. It wasn’t heating my room properly. I had it up to the max and the room was still chilly. I complained and they just blew it off. I asked if I could get my beds made and no one speaks English.

The fact I booked a king size smoking room and got a double smoking room bathroom was leaking water from the ceiling I had no towels no washed clothes have you to the front desk and get them the gentleman that checked me and it was not very polite and acted very snobby.. like I was unimportant. I've stayed at this location several times before. It has certainly gone downhill .I will not be staying there again. Also I had no trash can in my room no ashtray floor was dirty. If I went to the bathroom I was getting water All over me. When I asked for a different room they told me they were full there's no other rooms available.

Nothing I absolutely hated it. It was so bug and roach infested that I couldn't stay there

I never stayed for the breakfast I checked in and five minutes later checked out the hotel room was disgusting, dirty roaches no phone o’clock

When booking my room, I requested ground level but when I arrived, we were on the 2nd floor and the clerk said the ground floor is more expensive and you booked through a 3rd party so she could not change it, she was not very sympathetic. Being of older stature it was difficult carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs and to our room. It was pretty hard on us.
