Host explained everything very well and left lovely welcome packs in the fridge and kitchen. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries. Everything was really clean.
Only issue was not property related. Just check route options to property if using google maps...we were brought over extremely narrow back roads when the alternative was a much easier route.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Breatneach House. We got to experience the beautiful Irish countryside, and it was a welcomed change from the busy city of Dublin.

Lovely house. Spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved the quiet rural setting. It is ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Elaine made sure that everything was ok for us and only a phone call away. There was information about places to visit and restaurants in the area.
Nothing, really. It was the ideal break for us but take note that you are in a rural area and you absolutely need transport to get to the nearest shop (Askeaton, 7minutes drive away)

House was perfect for my family, clean and comfortable with great facilities. It is out in the country and I loved to see the farm animals and dogs around the area. It's a peaceful place to be. Need a car.

Top marks for everything. Elaine was a perfect host, a beautiful person. A peaceful location, in the countryside, ideal starting point for all itineraries. A house which seems small from the outside but quite big when you're inside.

Elaine was a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to be helpful. The house was perfect for the 3 of us. We particularly enjoyed the rural setting whilst being able to drive everywhere we wanted to go. The house was roomy and clean and had everything we needed.

It would be good if we receive an invoice of the payment , neither Booking or the host sent us an invoice for the stay.

Fantastic location to get out of the city! Kids loved the farm. Lovely, comfortable beds, very kind host. Will definitely go back and stay there again!

The property was larger than we expected, lovely secluded garden, very comfortable beds, immaculately clean.
It is in the grounds of the owners property, Elaine was a great host, there to welcome us on arrival and when we departed, we weren’t bothered in any way and she was on-hand if we needed her, as we did when we couldn’t tune the TV. Teddy the dog is so cute - you will want to take him home!!
There wasn’t anything not to like about the property. The WiFi is a bit sketchy in the bedrooms but totally fine in the lounge.
