Incredible location

The staff was polite and friendly, but they also did a couple of weird things, like calling our room to say it is breakfast, and ringing the door bell at 8.45 am everyday (way too early). There was also some bad communication from time to time. Nothing to say about their good intentions though.

The location was the best. The services were great like tea and pakoda. Breakfast with so many options. There was complimentary drink in the fridge with biscuits and snacks as well.

The price of the room was quite high.

The location was incredible, very relaxing away from the busier beaches. Beautiful views. The staff were great, it was clean and comfortable. We loved some of the small complimentary offerings such as water, beer and afternoon snacks! The food at the restaurant was incredible. Roshan served us and went through the menu in great detail and gave us plenty of brilliant recommendations.

Situated in a tiny stunning cove, just a few minutes by foot from the action in Palolem. Private but with several bars and restaurants including some great sky decks. Staff were incredibly kind, helpful, fun, restaurant manager John was always on hand to get you anything you needed. Occasional live music, plenty of water sports for hire on the beach including boat trips at a really reasonable price. Private sunset cruise for us was about £30 for an hour and a half where we even saw dolphins. Could not recommend this place highly enough, a true gem

Nothing, it’s perfect. Our room ‘Kindness’ even had an outside jacuzzi bath looking out to sea.

1. worst water supply and no water in between of the day 2. power outages, until unless we call and say to put the ups on 3. food service, they say no food directly if we ask even at 10.00 pm as this is goa we want food atleast to go service 4. no good wifi 5. phone will not connect to reception at all 6. its mentioned in the stay its jacuzzi private ocean view but the glass is clearly visible from other end which is not at all private which has to be mentioned earlier to the couples / family eho stays there

Fantastic location. Lovely looking from the outside. Friendly helpful staff.

All facilities were not checked before giving room to us. Some main lights were not working. One washbasin was clogged. Mini fridge didn't work. The pool is very small.

We had a great time at this hotel. They were very willing to help out in any thing we needed. When the air conditioning system didn't work in our room they very quickly rushed to upgrade us to a suite which was amazing. The restaurant had very nice breakfast a la carte and was very tasty We had lunch too at the restaurant which was also very good. I'd like to point out Surabah in particular in the restaurant who was magnificent and gave great service. The lady at the reception was also very helpful in both giving directions and ordering Tuk Tuk for us. The private beach of the hotel is a treat and we just enjoyed our time there so much. The only thing I would imporve and I think they are working on it is the path leading from the parking lot to the hotel (not a short one) and in the evening it's a bit tricky to walk on the rocks and sometimes in complete darkness so that needs to imporve. Other than that - perfect vacation at a perfect spot.

The location was great. Had a great clean beach which wasn't crowded. Amazing morning and sunset view from the room.

There was a lack of staff and whatever number was there they were not punctual. Had to wait long for every small housekeeping request. The restaurant opened at 9 in the morning so it's not for early risers that may need a cup of tea while enjoying the sunrise. Had to wait until almost 10 am to get any breakfast. Also ended up sick towards the end because of the evening snack they served. So a big no to the hotel restaurant.

Beautiful location, right on a private beach within walking distance to Palolem. The room we stayed in was clean, water bottles provided, lovely shower and balcony. The breakfast was great and the concierge was there to help with any needs.

Felt that the concierge was pushy sometimes when trying to upsell activities through Ark Comforts. We were also constantly bothered by local sellers and no one from the Ark Comforts asked them to leave the guests alone. This was annoying at breakfast and even at times when we were sat on our balcony. The Ark Comforts should be aware of this and ask the locals to try not to bother guests while on site.

Location is excellent! A secluded part of Palolem, but very easily accessible to the main beach where there are multiple restaurants and bars (5-7 min walk, a bit tiring as many steps)

The breakfast was not great unfortunately, but everything else was fantastic

had a really lovely relaxing stay here! we are on a travellers budget and decided to splash out for one nice night and it was very worth it! lovely room, jacuzzi, beach location, and good proximity to places on palolem.

Best food we ate in the area was in the hotel itself! The staff was lovely- any request we made (as little as wanting a lighter) they fulfilled. The beach is lovely and is cleaned everyday.

A couple things here- 1. There isn’t a TV in the room. Would’ve been nice for when we were chilling inside. 2. They let some random people inside our room while we were out (our villa neighbours spotted it)

Very great location with beautiful sea view from every site. About 30 meters to the beach, it takes possibility to hear the sound of the surf when we are relaxing in your room. Very friendly and caring staff, especially very nice girl Harsha fulfills all your requests, very great guys: Roshan & Saurabh, Guard Krishna, manager Rajan take care about you and help every time. Very tasty breakfast: different types with European and Indian dishes . Recommend this hotel everyone!
