Loved the location.

The place needs some attention...the outside space was dirty, full of cobwebs. The front yard needs to be cleaned up and the trees/bushes need to be trimmed back off the walkway. There were dead roaches and live silverfish in the house. A simple thing like replacing the bathmat in the downstairs bathroom would make a huge difference. The unit is also advertised as a three bathroom and it is not. There is a broken arm on the couch too.

location was great

a few issues- broken toilet seat, no dish towels, small kitchen table and chairs, living furniture not comfortable. Overall just felt like a cheaply fixed up place definitely not worth the $700 a night cost
