The location was great. The bed/bedding clean and comfy. Towels clean.

The apartment was large, nice and comfortable. I'd probably come back now that I know how to collect the keys and where to park, and being mindful on how to work around the issues below.

The instructions were poor for both the car park and for obtaining the keys. This was highly disappointing given that this was mentioned by a lot of reviews prior to mine, and yet it has not been rectified. The balcony door only locked and closed with a lot of fiddling around, I called the agent every day, but this was only attended on our last day when we were checking out (but I cannot confirm this was resolved). One bedroom has a milky sliding door through which light shines through, which is not ideal at night time. When one bathroom light was on, you could hear fans humming through the whole apartment which would wake others. Lastly we also noticed some knocking at times, but like others mentioned this could be the pipes.

Instructions for entry were poor and instructions for use of parking were wrong. Hosts were over 5 hours late in check in and did not call to advise. We were unable to use the facilities on our first day. The Smoke alarm beeped all night and hosts did not address this when asked to fix it, again did not have the initiative to call us to advise of a delay. Service from the host was terrible, phone call to support line automatically disconnects when you attempt to report a problem. Numerous other annoying issues with the property eg doors didn’t lock properly.

only having one key was hard with a family. checking in was a little confusing without proper communication.

Could not open the sliding doors onto the balcony, very annoying. Next door residents started a party with loud music at 10pm, very upsetting Getting the key was a nightmare, just too hard and too complicated. Lift from carpark didnt work. No one on the property to help, hotel reception not interested in helping at all. Constant knocking throughout the night could have been the hot water but was annoying

Location was brilliant

There was a lack of instructions in relation to where to park, how to use the remote to enter the car park. Half the lights were missing globes or non-working globes. Also with 6adults in the unit we required more than 1 key
