Scenery beautiful ❤️ Great location On the river

Very close to the town centre Large apartment

Perfect location. Never started the car while we were there. Walked to everything.

The location could not have been better to explore all of Helen. The view over the river was very soothing.

Now I'm being really picky but it would have been nice to have some small seat cushions on the porch rocking chairs.

This is an Awesome Condo and beautifully decorated with an excellent location. In walking distance to most attractions, shops and restaurants.. Condo is very spacious and well kept with all modern amenities. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch sitting directly on the River. The next time we visit Helen, we would love to stay here again. Thanks for sharing your lovely Condo.

My only suggestion is a better description of how to locate the LOCKBOX where the door key is housed as opposed to being given only an access code to the lockbox.

It was very nice and clean. It was also walking distance to everything in Helen.

Our only complaints were all small things. Our shower wouldn’t drain when we got there (which was promptly handled!). Our key to the condo was hard to use, but we managed to master the right “wiggle” to make it work 😊. The light in the small bedroom closet wouldn’t work. And when we went to use the grill on our last night, the ignite button wouldn’t work. Again, these are all minor things and in no way ruined our stay at the Bears Den!
