We took our entire family to Denver for a concert and picked this place! What a great find. There was plenty of room for our entire family. We were surprised to find laundry baskets for our dirty clothes, a baby playpen and a stroller! My phone wouldn’t load the property detail and I messaged Jill and responded quickly to help us get access to the house! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful! If we ever need a place this size again, we will definitely try and book again!

This property is exactly as listed and actually, even better in person. I travelled to Denver with three colleagues for a leadership conference and chose this location due to having 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The place was absolutely perfect for us and was literally 3 blocks from our conference location and everything else you can think of, including restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The place was super clean and comfortable and allowed the four of us to have our privacy but to also have time together while eating dinner in. The weather was not so conducive to being outside but had it been, the backyard and patio definitely would have been great to use. We did not use the game room but had it been a different type of trip, this room would have a great place to hang out and enjoy. The owners were very communicative, not that we had any issues, but they checked in with me to make sure all was well. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We were a group of 6 adults (3 couples) and were incredibly impressed all around by this house and the attentiveness of the hosts. It was the cleanest home I have ever rented and perfect in every way. The hosts thought of everything in regard to stocking the home and everything was so clean and comfortable! Check in was easy and the couple questions we had were very quickly answered through email. We loved the hot tub and were very impressed by the cleanliness of that as well. 5 min to Olde Town and 20 to downtown Denver by car. We would, without question, stay here again next time we are in town!! Really can't say enough positive things.

4 sisters and our spouses met in Arvada to explore the Denver area. Garden of the Gods is a must see! 6 of us stayed in this home and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Plenty of parking; hot tub for the guys; 2 big screen TVs. We enjoyed the Arvada area and can't wait to go back.

There were eight of us staying in this home and there were plenty of things to keep the children busy!! Close enough to drive to a Rockies game, Garden of the gods, Rocky Mnt National Park and even a concert at Red Rocks!! This house had everything we needed and even some things we forgot. I’ve never stayed at a home that was so well stocked and it was much appreciated!! Both families had a fun memorable vacation for the books!!

We enjoyed our time in the Arvada area. The house was great. Everything was easy and clean. We also loved the downtown Arvada area! Such a fun time with kids and family friends.

Talk about a great place to have 2 families or a few groups to have all their own space! The basement is a huge plus and the game room was a hot spot for all us staying there. Beyond quiet neighborhood, close to well…everything you would need. Super secure and very friendly neighbors. They have thought of everything and the Check out process was the easiest we have encountered.

House is so cute! Beds comfy, family and pet friendly. Would absolutely stay again.

The house was very clean and beautiful! We enjoyed the house and the location-only a little over an hour from Rocky Mountain national park and super close to a ton of restaurants and stores. We would definitely come back!

This place is the perfect spot! Centrally located to everything Denver. Loved everything about the house and especially the hot tub. This will be our go-to place henceforth!

This house is amazing. Very clean when we arrived. The game room was enjoyable. The location was perfect. When we had questions, the property manager was quick to reply and was always helpful. We loved it so much we want to stay again on our next trip to CO.

This is a lovely home with a great location for access to a number of great things in the Denver/Boulder area. Quiet neighborhood, very clean home, and super host. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This house is everything in the description and more. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed including plenty of Keurigs and ground coffee for the duel coffee pot (make a pot or just a cup). They had extra bath towels as well as large towels for the hot tub. The hot tub was already cranked up when we got there which was awesome. We enjoyed the ping pong as well as the pac man games. I had a few questions and Jill answered them immediately. Our son lives just a few miles from this house so we will most definitely be back!

Our experience at this property was overall great, from our early arrival to our buzzer beating checkout. Everyone in our party had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable beds. The highchair and pack n' play were clutch for our 16 month old son however the stairs are a hazard and this location would benefit from a baby/pet gate. Our pup did love the backyard and she definitely took advantage of the provided pet bed for relaxing. The distance from down town and access to the highway was prime for being able to navigate the city and loved walking around the historic Olde Town Arvada area. We would definitley choose this location again once our son knows how to better nagivate stairs!

The open kitchen/dining/family room/foyer was very comfortable and great to gather. The outdoor space was also very comfortable. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. A great experience!

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! The neighborhood is so quiet and cozy. The house was perfect and so was the yard for our dog! Loved the hot tub too!

Property is as advertised and feels bigger than it looks in the photos, while not gigantic, it is very comfortable. We were visiting from out of town and the house was in a perfect position to allow for access to activities in the mountains to the west, Colorado Springs to the south, and downtown Denver to the east. Various types of restaurants and stores were all within 5-10 minutes of the house. Overall very solid.

My husband, our dog, some friends, and I stayed at Sarah's house for a couple of weeks for a change of scenery, a trip out to visit some friends, and a home base for a scouting mission to think about a future move. Our stay was perfect, and we were pretty sad to have to come home! The house itself is great - it's beautifully appointed with no small detail missed (including the dog bed that our pup claimed almost as soon as we walked in). The space was plenty comfortable for the four of us to stay and work for two weeks (with fast wifi!), it was immaculate, and the huge hot tub was a wonderful addition to use after a long day of snowshoeing. We also really appreciated that the space is laid out in a way where it's easy to find things - like the big towels for the hot tub! The neighborhood is quiet, but convenient to downtown Denver, smaller towns like Golden and Littleton, and the mountains. Our driveway had plenty of room for both of our cars, plus there was on-street parking available. We ventured out to Olde Town Arvada one evening and were not disappointed - great food and beer! If stocking up your VRBO fridge is your thing, there's also a Costco, a Target, and a King Soopers within 10 minutes of the house. If not, there are lots of options for food delivery. The communication with Sarah was clear and thorough all the way through, and while we didn't need to reach out during our stay, I know that Sarah would have responded right away had we needed her based on our messages prior to our stay. Check in and check out were seamless and we were provided with plenty of information in a neatly organized binder once we were in the house. All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time we're in town. It was truly a wonderful trip! Thank you!!
