Beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was comfortable and suitable for our needs. Definitely would stay there again.

Property and people on site were great. Host was helpful when unexpected things went wrong. Beds were comfortable. View was amazing. There were a few restaurants in the area we were able to walk to. Easy to catch a Uber if going further.

Julie's condo is the perfect spot to enjoy Miami Beach and surroundings - gorgeous view of the ocean and adjacent to the walking/bike path. Huge comfy L shaped couch to rest after a busy day. Nothing beats sitting on the balcony taking in the beach and path below. Highly recommend staying here!

Great condo with amazing views of the ocean! Owner has everything you need if you want to go down and sit on the beach, or to just chill on the balcony. Building is under some renovation, but it didn't distract at all. Owner is quick to respond to any messages. Overall it's a great place to stay!

Building was undergoing renovations during our stay but property was kept very clean. Around the clock security and valet service provided and area around the condo was very nice. Beach is beautiful and condo provides loungers. Property owner was very communicative.

Were blown away by the view of the ocean upon entering the property. The property was very clean and the right size for 3 people. The condo is beautiful and clean, the view is outstanding, breathtaking. The Condo was stocked with pretty much anything you could need. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach, nice pool. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Valet parking was a plus. The neighbors are all nice and it's a quiet, friendly place. The entire complex is beautiful! Julie was very responsive, checking in on us, making sure that everything was well. Checking in and out was a smooth and easy process. Thank for allowing us to stay at your Condo. The condo was comfortable for my family of four. The view is unbelievable beautiful. We had the use of the pool and beach also clean/beautiful. The area is safe with many hotels/condos. I would definitely be back in the future. This was my first time using Vrbo and it was a good experience and will be using Vrbo in my future travels. Thanks!

We were a family of four staying at the property for a week in july. We found the unit and the location to be excellent. Julie was a great host and obviously takes great care to create a great experience for her guests. The building had some renovations going on but these were really a non-issue. We also enjoyed the exterior pool and exercise room in the building.

Perfect beach location on 11th floor with great beach views. Condo is well maintained and has everything you need for you're stay. Check in was easy and valet parking a bonus. Convenient laundry faculties. Easy access to beach and chairs provided. Owner has large beach umbrella four use. Julie responded quickly to any questions. Recommend this place highly.

We had a very nice stay. The condo was clean and well decorated. Ocean views were amazing and host was very kind and responsive. The beach was not crowded and access was easy from the building. The beach towels, umbrella, and chairs provided were very nice. FYI, the building and elevators are under construction, so there was some noise during the day. The laundry was in a separate location on the same floor. It was paid (about $4.00 to wash and dry per load), which I didn’t realize. Coffee, salt/pepper, and cooking oil was provided, but no condiments. This made cooking more challenging because buying things like mayo and syrup don’t come in “travel” sizes. There were also not enough toiletries and Ziploc bags to last the entire week. Be prepared to purchase laundry, laundry soap, toiletries, and condiments for a week’s vacation. We left our extra laundry soap and a few food items for the next guests.

We really enjoyed the stay. host was very responsive and easy to work with. Great views, great location, loved the balcony and bedroom widows for the ocean view. very relaxing atmosphere with short drives to all the activities.

This condo is located right on Miami Beach with easy access to shopping and great restaurants. The owner is very caring and responsive. The place is neat and clean with a modern washer / dryer right in the unit.

I originally booked this property with Julie for my fiancé and his best friend to have a guys trip. Julie was so awesome to work with and helped in anyway she could. My fiancé, and his best friend said that the pictures do not do this place justice and the view is absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

Our stay at Casa Nona was nothing but amazing. Julie, the host is fantastic, quick responses, and very accommodating. We would stay over and over again at Julie’s place. The location is phenomenal and the view is priceless.

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The condo was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The valet parking was a huge plus. By far the best aspect was the location - the proximity to the beach was the highlight of our trip. Julie was a wonderful host and very responsive. Great location for enjoying the beach and ocean. Easy access to the boardwalk.

Upon entering the first thing that hits you is the view; a beautiful panorama of the beach ! The next thing you notice is the pristine condition of the entire apartment. The pictures you see on the listing are very accurate, you might even say that the reality is better. Julie is an excellent host. We would return again if our travels take us to South Florida.

The property was really nice, in a safe, convenient location with nice amenties BUT the service you get for the incredibly exhorbitant fees you pay destroys the value of this rental: i.e., not worth it. The Host fee is set by property owner..totally at owner's discretion, Service fee is VRBOs fee calculated at up to 12% on top of the rental cost, Host and Lodging tax which is a double whammy on those fees!!! The Lodging tax is based on State and local government tax laws. VRBO is pricing themselves out of the market..needs to have Fed regulation. It's coming if you don't stop pruce gauging!!

When we first stepped into the unit we were blown away by the unbelievable view of the ocean. We immediately felt at home. Everything was just perfect, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, friendly valet staff, who retrieved your car whenever needed, lovely and quiet pool. Julie was easily accessible to answer any questions. We certainly plan on returning! Thank you so very much!

Spent a long weekend here to go to a NFL game. Location is great. Beach front is gorgeous. Traffic is brutal but that isn’t the hosts fault at all. Just mentioning for planning purposes.

An excellent apartment, very clean and with everything that is needed for a beach break. Julie is a terrific host who responds to any questions promptly and clearly takes personal pride in the condo. The beach umbrella and complimentary sun loungers are a nice touch. Hoshi & Sushi is a nice little restaurant, hidden away in a nearby condo block. Instacart grocery deliveries work well.

The host is magnificent and answer our messages promptly, I left my watch in the condo she mailed it to me? I most definitely wan to rent this property in the near future.

The view is magnificent just breath taking. The condo was clean and had everything I needed home away from home. Julie’s property is exactly as pictured and described. Spacious, clean, lots of clean fluffy towels, and the location right on the beach couldn’t be more perfect. The little extras like the bathrobes, ample beach towels, umbrella, and free valet parking made this stay extra great. The views are outstanding. It’s in a quiet residential area. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation in Miami Beach. Julie was very responsive and attentive. We did have a small issue with sugar ants in the kitchen after I left some banana chips out on the counter one night but Julie worked to resolve the issue quickly.
