It was a lovely home, with large master suite, convenient to family we were visiting, and the host was GREAT! We would definitely book this property again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home during our recent stay in Mobile. Everything was perfect. We would definitely plan to stay here again if ever visiting the Mobile area. Our only regret was that it rained the majority of our time in Mobile so we weren't able to enjoy the wonderful backyard more.

The host was excellent in communication. The house had everything we needed. We are regular VRBO guests so we typically know what we will need extras of or need to bring. This home had everything we could have needed. It was a lovely stay and plenty of space for my 17 yo daughters, our married adult friends, and ourselves. There was plenty of seating and it was spacious. The beds were comfortable. There is a beautiful gazebo and several games such as ping pong and cornhole. Everything worked and all was lovely. There was a grill on the porch seating in addition to the gazebo. Quiet area of mobile and the needed Starbucks Aldi's very close. Would definitely stay again.

Was the first time to rent a house instead of a hotel room. We enjoyed everyone being in the same place together instead of 2 hotel rooms. Was in the area to visit a friend. Location was just 4 minutes from his house! Everything was nice. We do like our place on the cooler temperature side and the ac was not quite what we are use to but we made it do. Would probably do it again when visiting. Thanks!

We were visiting family right around the corner and found this spot last minute. Booking, check in, and communication were perfect. We traveled with 3 young kiddos and after 8 hours on the road, this was the perfect spot with everything we needed. The ping pong table, basketball and games were a hit with the kids the whole time and our boy spent a few hours fishing. There is a nice deck where we sipped coffee and let the kids play. Highly recommend and we will definitely book again next time we are in town!

Located just off I10, quick travel to downtown. House was comfortable for 4 adults. A Christmas wreath, mantle swag and tree provided a nice touch.
The house is old and has issues every old house (and many new) has such as running toilets, but nothing to impact our stay.
Hostess texted daily to see if we needed anything.

This was a great property for our stay. The games downstairs were perfect for our 3 grandkids! There was plenty of room. My only comment would be that there was only 1 towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Only 1 hand towel in the master bathroom. The kitchen had everything you could need. We were very comfortable there, and I would recommend it.

House is comfortable, roomy & well laid out. You always wonder about beds - nice mattresses, not worn & dipped in the middle so we all rested very well. Spacious kitchen w/plenty of counter space. Below on concrete & in shade are all kinds of fun for the kids. The yard is huge, & the covered deck very peaceful. The boat slip made me wish I had one! I was amazed at how centrally located we were to everything. We were just 25 minutes from Dauphin Island - our main destination for the week, but other great tourist items were also just minutes away too.

This property was a perfect place to stay as the house was large enough to accommodate the four of us.

The house was spacious enough for our group of 7. The entertainment area under the house was a huge hit with my children. Our only downside was not spending enough time at the house to enjoy it. We plan to stay again.

The stay was great. We really utilized all the areas and activities outside. Make and eating breakfast in the large kitchen really brought us together at the beginning of the day. Easy access to get in and out of as well. It was an amazing property!

My family really enjoyed this property. The game area in the lower level was a big hit with my kids. We have rented condos in the past for vacations, but honestly this rental was simpler when it came to rules and check-out procedure. The owner was very good about communication during our stay. We would love to come here again.
The only reason I gave “accuracy of online description” four stars instead of five is that the property is technically waterfront and has boat access to the river but isn’t on the main river. Since the river wasn’t part of our interest, this did not affect us but I could see it being a disappointment to some.
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at this house and I would highly recommend it for families with school-aged kids.

Home away from Home
I found myself in the position of needing a comfortable place near the hospital for at least 12 days. I was very fortunate to snatch this listing up. This house is amazing and in the perfect location for quiet living, shopping, restaurants, ease of access to the interstate and simple direction. The property is beautiful, and the owners are super nice and very quickly accommodating to various needs. There are many games for the children and lots of entertaining space for larger families. The large yard backs up to the river and there is a church just a couple of blocks over from the property for those wanting to visit on Sunday. I can't wait until we need to be back in the area so we can stay here once again. Thanks so much for allowing us to share your home for a short time.
