Great features thru out the home. Location is a winner. Master room and bathroom is large and Updated. Very comfortable home. Wifi is not the best at times. Overall will book this house again when visiting Helen.

We had a great time with my family, we were celebrating my dad's birthday in Helen. This house has an excellent location, it has a great views and it is very close to town. The host was very responsive.

We enjoyed the house so much! It was comfortable and the location was great. We were able to walk everywhere. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is a fantastic large home, with 4 spacious bedrooms and all of the things that you would need for a great stay. The location is also great, with the ability to walk right into town. Love the location. It is on a hill overlooking the town, secluded from view, in the woods, yet a 5 minute walk into the center of Helen. Perfect location, perfect home, great price for location and the amenities provided. When we come back to Helen this will be our home away from home once again!

The location of the property is great. We didn't move our vehicles all weekend because everything is in walking distance.
Cleanliness - Upon arrival the entire kitchen floor was soaked, as if a mop bucket had been turned over. The pans were all dirty, coffee pot still had coffee in it from the last guest, the half bath floor was gross (looked like it had been cleaned for sometime), and the yard had trash. For $1,5K for two nights our expectations were higher. Asked for our cleaning fee back, but that request was not fulfilled as of 3 days after the request. The property manager was apologetic.

We had a group of 8 and the overall house was good. Size was perfect, loved sitting outside at the fire pit and watching traffic down below. It's also close to the local hangout, Mondays pub, which by the way has great food and a great atmosphere. The only complaint I have about the house is they need to clean the cobwebs out of the windows and some corners in the house along with pick up the trash behind the house where I assume an animal got into the trash maybe. It's a good location and close to town, little bit of a walk into town and up a hill to the house itself. We would definitely rent again. Great time, great friends, special memories shared with us to celebrate our 20 yr anniversary.

The house was very clean and well equipped for a weekend getaway. Walking distance to tubing, mini golf, and several restaurants/bars. The interior is updated and spotless. We had a super easy check-in and out process, which can’t be said for some airbnbs. Will be back!

This property is perfectly located with a view of Helen, but quiet and secluded on a hilltop. The home has been beautifully remodeled and decorated. It was far larger than we expected with spacious rooms and storage areas. Our kids loved exploring the yard and we even had some critters visit. The entire home was cleaned and tidy. Plenty of towels for everyone, but for longer stays, I would recommend bringing your own soap/shampoo as they provide travel sizes. We had a small issue with the A/C on our first night. The rental property company was easy to contact and kept in communication with us until the issue had been resolved. We loved our stay and we look forward to booking this property again.

This house is completely remodeled, very spacious, very clean, comfy beds, lots of storage in closets and nicely appointed. The master shower is strong and big. Having 2 and a half baths was luxury for the 5 of us. There is AC in downstairs and upstairs. Definitely made our first visit to Helen most enjoyable!!!

Great location - easy walk to Helen restaurants, tubing and sites but up a hill with a nice view, so you still feel out in nature. Loved that everything was remodeled and new - tons of room for the family.

Perfect Mountain Getaway
The location of this house was perfect! Getting to town and to all the places we wanted to go was so easy. The house was spacious and we lit up the fire pit every night. Make sure to bring your s’mores kit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
