Amazing condo at the 1 property which also is amazing and never disappoints. The condo was extremely clean and very spacious. The entire process was extremely easy and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely rent this place again!

Beautiful condo, clean and bright. Loved the cozy living room and kitchen! ! Hotel has terrific amenities, and we utilized them all! Every pool, the roof top restaurant and bar, beach chair and umbrella set up and a private, ultra wave cabana. Our concierge was available for questions if needed and very helpful. Would definitely rent again!

My family and I loved this condo; it is more beautiful & spacious in person. Very clean, well-decorated, high end linens and comfortable beds. The location at 1 Hotel cannot be beat...first class amenities and service...from check-in to pool side. Check in was smooth and Andre was available if needed. Highly recommend Luxury Rentals & this unit.

The unit was roomy, well maintained and provided comfortable beds and 2.5 bathrooms. We loved the view from the balcony, the use of an in unit washer and dryer and all the amenities of One Hotel - including complementary transportation in a day old Tesla by hotel staff. Renting a 2 bedroom through the hotel was astronomical is cost. This was a fantastic option if you want to stay at One Hotel. You get all the benefits of the hotel with no downsides.

I rented this unit for my bachelorette party (5 people) and could not have been happier with how it turned out! The unit was incredibly spacious and gave us the space we needed to spread out. As opposed to a standard hotel room, we loved having the kitchen and living room area. We also spent a good amount of time on the balcony on the huge flat couch/bench overlooking the ocean. Katlin with Luxury Rentals Miami Beach was also super helpful in helping us determine which unit we should book. They also were great in helping us with an earlier check in due to us arriving on red-eyes from the West Coast. Highly recommended instead of a standard hotel room. As an aside, the hotel itself is just gorgeous and is a reason in itself to visit!

The hotel the condo is in is fantastic! The healthy clean living choices are perfect for food conscious guests. The condo itself is gorgeous and large. Bathroom in the master bedroom has a large tub. The 2nd bedroom and bathroom is small but put together well. Having a 1/2 bath was very helpful. The staff for the condo and the hotel staff are fantastic! Always ready with a smile and quick to answer questions and address issues. iPad was out of date and ordering a pizza was problematic as the places listed didn't even know where the hotel was but we figured it out. There isn't a 2nd blow dryer in the 2nd bathroom so you have to share. But other than the pizza situation and 1 blow dryer for 4 women, the place, location, facilities were superb and I'd stay here again. Loved the decor in the condo and throughout the hotel. We had everything we needed and then some!

The property was beautifully furnished and maintained with all the amenities you could want. The rental company was easy to book through and prompt to greet us on arrival. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

We have already recommended Luxury Rentals Miami Beach to friends! We loved the two bedroom apartment and want to plan another trip and stay in same unit. All the staff were extremely helpful in arranging the booking. The location, decor, staff, food and ambiance of both the hotel and residence wings make it the best place to stay in Miami Beach. excellent communication priior to staying and whilst we were at the apartment the apartment was fantastic, very luxurious, spacious and clean would definately return and recommend great location and all staff very helpfull and accomodating patrick in conceige was excellent

We visit Miami often for both business and pleasure and have stayed at several of the top hotels, including The 1 Hotel. On our most recent visit to Miami, we decide to rent a two bedroom residence at The 1 Hotel, rather than a hotel room as we have done in the past. It made more sense economically and socially for two couples to share the unit and we wanted a common gathering place and small kitchen area. This unit was clean and comfortable and we were able to get up in the morning and have our own coffee in our pajamas and go to bed a night after a drink on the balcony without having to go out if we chose not to. Even though this unit is on the side of the building, there is a fabulous view of the ocean...just shy of being ocean front! The staff of Luxury Rentals could not have been more accommodating and the staff on the residence side of the hotel were helpful, professional and respectful. We submitted a small grocery list, all of which was in the kitchen when we arrived. The kitchen lacked a few necessities such as pot holders and dish towels, regular size coffee mugs (there were small tea dups and cups for espresso) but all in all, it was a well done residence. I would definitely rent this property again. Thank you to all at Luxury Rentals...above all, you were trustworthy...that means more than anything else.
