This was my 3rd time in Arizona and the best stay ever. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed the house and all the ammenities. They had plenty of space and entertainment. The property managers responded promptly to all questions and request. If available for us again we are definitely planning to go back.

I love everything about the home all the different sitting areas the bedrooms the courtyard the backyard is beautiful the bar in the back along with the TVs the only thing I didn't like we weren't able to enjoy too much of a sitting area by the pool because of all the bird poop the trees are beautiful but maybe cut some of the tree limbs but outside of that we really enjoyed our stay I would definitely recommend the property.

The Good: Great location on a residential street, about three miles from the Biltmore area (visit the Waldorf, it's stunning). A car is a must as everything is 20-30 minutes away that you want to explore; this was and should be expected when visiting Phoenix/Scottsdale. You can walk to bars and restaurants; the kids and adults enjoyed the Culinary dropout at the Yard and a good Italian (name escapes me). The backyard is lovely, with a fire pit, hot tub, many seating areas and a great outside bar which we used daily and there is a pool and hot tub. Rooms were comfortable, good size and plenty of room with six bedrooms. One is great for the kids as it is separate from rest of rooms, has four double beds, couch and their own bathroom. Two master suites(king beds) was great as we were two families. Kitchen well stocked for all the basics and the pool table was used often. Overall, it was a great house and nice accommodations and this group would recommend both the house as well as the interaction with the management company’s response and follow up. Areas for Improvement: Instructions for the TV’s would be great, especially the outside bar. Also, if there is a griddle on the stove, we couldn’t figure it out so we did not use but no big deal at all. We had issues with the pool and hot tub being dirty when we arrived and the backyard needed a good cleaning. We reported to the management and they were very responsive and addressed the issues immediately and made it right; issues happen and we were very happy with their response and quick action. Please keep in mind, while the pool was nice, it was unusable at this time of year as it is not heated; something to keep in mind when renting. Note to management: I, and I suspect others, would be willing to pay daily fees for a heated pool. Please note, they did not misrepresent the listing, we just didn’t realize the importance of a heated pool so that is on us. The backyard is always shaded; a great thing in the summer heat, but when we were there, it was impossible to find sun for us Midwesterners that were seeking Vitamin D. Lastly, the house was clean when we arrived, but would say there was room for improvement, little things we noticed but not deal breakers. Overall, a nice week in Phoenix and would recommend this home, especially to spread out and have plenty of space.
