Stayed in the Condo for 3 nights for the eclipse. I was a fantastic property. Right in heart of Memphis good and nightlife! Property was the most well stocked property I've ever stayed at through VRBO! They had everything you could possibly need and more. Host left us a snack basket for the eclipse! Host communicated everything and made navigation and check-in a breeze. If I'm ever back in Memphis, this is where I would want to stay! 5 stars!

I stayed here for a week with my mom for a mother daughter getaway in Memphis. We loved it and cannot recommend it enough. It was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay, and it was in an excellent location within walking distance to Beale St, museums, and restaurants. The hosts communicated clearly and promptly before and during our stay, so check in and check out were easy. They made us feel welcome in their space. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was fantastic and comfortable. Easy walking distance to a number of our favorite places in Memphis, and having the secure parking area is always a nice amenity. JR was fantastic as a host and made the check in and check out process very smooth.

This place could not have been any better. It was so close to the cutest parts of Memphis and the river. The place was cozy & well equipped for anything you could need!

We loved this condo. It was secure, clean, organized, and has extra touches such as water in the refrigerator, coffee, and mints. We loved being within walking distance of great restaurants, historical sites, and entertainment. The folks here were so nice. There were 4 adults staying and the rooms were great. Only wish was for an extra bathroom 😂

We had a really good time. Electricity went out on the morning we were to go to Graceland. The unit was absolute perfection other than the electricity outage.

We had such an amazing stay! We were walking distance to major attractions such as Beal St and the Peabody Hotel, even with a 4 year old. And it was a short 15 minute drive to Liberty Stadium for a football game. There were so many highly recommended restaurants nearby that we had a hard time picking where to eat for our short trip. The condo itself is decorated beautifully and impeccably clean. To our surprise, it came fully stocked with basic necessities like toilet paper, but there were also shampoos, conditioners, soap, and even bottles of water in the fridge. We could hear people in the condo above us walking around as well as people outside the building if they were being loud, but that’s part of being in an apartment-styled building blocks from Beal St, and this unit is at ground level. The parking lot, the building, and the condo are all secured with a code. The immediate surrounding area looked a little rough, but even walking around in the dead of night we never felt unsafe. I, as someone who is from a big city, would feel comfortable staying here by myself. The next time we find ourselves in Memphis, this will be the first place we try to book. We loved staying for our girls weekend staycation. Being from Memphis and understanding the city well, the location is perfect and walking distance to so many places downtown. We felt safe, and the apartment was beautiful and very clean. Would stay again!

Very nice place, conveniently located near restaurants, Beale street and attractions. Well stocked with all necessities and host had lost of water in the fridge which we definitely made use of. We were bringing our mother to celebrate 80 years and they had balloons and birthday wishes and treats. Great Host.

I have rented many VRBO's over the years and this is the best of the best. Clean, modern, updated, fully equipped, and everything you could ask for, or want. Safe, gated, parking with security to get in the building and in the apartment. Incredible location as well. 10 minute walk to Beale Street, 5 minutes to the Civil Rights Museum, 15 minutes to see the Memphis Redbirds. 10 minute drive to Bass Pro and 15 drive to the Memphis Zoo (all must sees) 2 minute walk to Gus Famous Chicken (another must try) Well worth the money to stay and enjoy Memphis at this location. We will come back again.

The Condo is so so clean and the amenities was a plus. The location is perfect for the streetcar and the restaurants. The HOST was always on call and called right back . The only suggestion from me would be tex instead of emailing on the coding and parking . I missed the parking # and was not aware of my #. My miscommunitcation on my part due to email.

We loved everything about this property. The location is great and very walkable. The condo was clean and comfortable. I saw one review mention the soft beds. They were actually very comfortable for us, so I guess that comes down to personal preference. Communication with the property owner was great. He also provided a web page with restaurant suggestions for the area. We went to a couple of them and loved them. I highly recommend this property!

Great location, minutes from everything we had planned. Clean, modern and accurately represented by its listing.

Overall this was excellent. Our only complaint was with too soft beds that made sleeping difficult and left us with stiff backs in the mornings. Hopefully this will be corrected soon. Loved the frig stocked with many cold bottles of water. Could have used some condiments in the cabinet however.

Everything about this property worked well for our group. The location was easily walkable to great food and attractions and was an easy walk to the river walking path and downtown. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Memphis.

Stayed here for a quick trip to celebrate my partner's 40th birthday. The host replied quickly to any questions. Clean home and allowed us to bring our pets. Great location, close to many restaurants, Beale Street, Civil Rights Museum and the river. Easy check in and check out.

Was exactly what we needed for our vacation. It was nice to be able to walk to Gus’s for dinner and was a good central location for what we were doing on our trip. Despite the run down parts of the neighborhood, there were several other families enjoying this area on vacation.

Beautiful condo with great amenities and clean!!! Well stocked and I would certainly recommend it. The location is an area in transition. Many abandoned buildings with graffiti and unkept lots. The condo is gated. Questionable area for a family with school age children.

First, the location was superb. 5-10min walk to the National Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street, Main Street. Inside the apartment, we had everything we needed. Super clean. Super spacious. The full kitchen had us prepare our Thanksgiving meal! We will come back again whenever we pass through Memphis!

Everything was Excellent! Beautiful place, very secure & close to everything. The owner was accessible, great communicating & accommodating - lots of Extras - the Christmas tree was a perfect added touch!!!

One of the best VRBOs we have been to. Very well stocked, great location and very well decorated. It looks sketchy outside but we were very comfortable walking at night. Will definitely come back and stay here again.
