Questa casa vacanza per non fumatori è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da tratti costieri dove andare a vela, da zone in cui dedicarsi al surf e al bodyboarding e da molte altre località interessanti. Un garage coperto è pronto ad accogliere il tuo mezzo. Sgranchisci le gambe dopo il viaggio e percorri 4 minuti a piedi fino a Cowell's Beach o 12 minuti a piedi fino a Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.
Approfitta degli spazi esterni organizzandoti per passare del tempo una terrazza o un patio e un'area barbecue. Non ti va di uscire? Nessun problema: in casa potrai approfittare di accesso a internet e TV via cavo/satellitare per concederti qualche ora di intrattenimento casalingo.
Nella cucina potrai preparare ottimi piatti come se fossi a casa! C'è proprio tutto l'occorrente: un forno, un piano cottura, un frigorifero, un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili. The rental was perfect for our visit to Santa Cruz with out teen daughter and a couple of friends. The proximity to the beach and the Boardwalk was awesome and the pool and hot tub are a nice added bonus. The unit is very spacious!! Next time we hope to stay longer!

Loved walking from our place to watch teenage sons learning to surf. Easy drive to redwoods hiking. Great walks along cliff shore.

We brought a group of teenagers for the weekend and this house was perfect for that! The top floor allowed for them to giggle and stay up late, while letting us parents sleep. The condo is great proximity to the beach and boardwalk alike, and the garage was nice to not have to deal with street parking.
The fees are more than the nightly rate, and the requirements of stripping the beds and emptying the trash made it feel like work vs vacation, also, the check out is pretty early compared to other properties we’ve stayed.

We had a wonderful time at this beachfront condo. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and close to amenities. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The only issue was a leaking refrigerator, we had to use a small bowl to collect the dripping water from the freezer. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend.

The beach is right across the street, the place has a wonderful pool, and the boardwalk is a 5 minute walk from the condo. This was a perfect place for our granddaughter to spend the last part of summer vacation before school stars next week. The condo is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. There are three floors and 2.5 bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this place and am going to book it again for next year.

Location is excellent for going on walks along West Cliff Drive or down to the wharf. Spacious garage for 2 cars, very versatile top floor rumpus room. Comfortable and clean, traffic noise is noticeable but it dies down during sleeping hours.

spacious, warm, easy to find, and located near downtown, the ocean, and the Boardwalk. you could literally just walk everywhere if you plan on spending most of your time in those areas. will definitely keep this place as a go to when suggesting people on places to stay in town.

The property and management staff were awesome! They were quick to respond to my questions and easy to get ahold of. The property was very spacious with a large loft on the 4th floor that allowed for some great game playing! The location is epic - close to the Boardwalk, Warf, and even Downtown. Everywhere we wanted to go was in walking distance.

Very spacious & light property, well located near the sea and the boardwalk. Clean & well maintained with two sunny south facing balconies plus access to a very warm pool & hot tub, which we had to ourselves almost every day. Quick responses from property management company. House accommodated our needs for our trip. It is in a great location but is very noisy from traffic when you open the windows. There are a lot of stairs to climb which was not a problem for us but could be hard on anyone not in shape.

Property was spacious and clean. A little worn, but adequate. It would have been nice if there were beach chairs, towels and an umbrella available. We bought some as there were no other options and donated to the house as we couldn’t take them home with us on an airplane. Overall good space for a family vacation.

Bailey Properties was great to work with. They always responded quickly with any concerns before our stay, check in and check out. The condo was perfect for our family. Very clean and beautiful. We walked every day to the boardwalk. Parking in the double garage and swimming pool/ hot tub was something we never had at all the places we rented from Santa Cruz. Thanks for a great stay, we loved it!!!

Well stocked kitchen and bbq, comfortable beds with plenty of extra pillows and blankets.
Beautiful views and an short walk to the beach. Appreciated the use of your wagon!

Great location. Comfortable space. Easy check in. We enjoyed access to the pool/hot tub and easy walk to the beach. My main qualm is the list of check out procedures. It's pretty standard these days for the check out to-dos to be minimal, but not here. Just be aware before you book -- dishes cleaned and put away, beds stripped and all linens piled up, all trash removed and taken out, etc. This hasn't been standard check out procedure in 10 years, so I was a bit surprised. Otherwise, a great spot for a weekend get away.

We had a great time! Very cute place!
The master bathroom curtain kept falling down (scary at night).
There was a garbage in the lower level of beer bottles/cigarettes when we arrived. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.

Problem resolved promptly
When we checked in the property, an issue was detected but the Bailey Property Management moved very quickly to other property. We were very satisfied!

3/5 for cleanliness and lack of an actual HOT tub
There were ants in the kitchen, we kept everything very clean
The refrigerator was dirty
The hot tub didn't work and the pool was cold
A LOT of stairs! We had 2 people who had a lot of trouble walking up and down the stairs. I don't remember reading in the description that it wasn't handicap accessible so I'm rather disappointed at that.
Aside from those few things, we had a good time.
We cleaned the refrigerator.

Perfect location
Three friends and I stayed here to celebrate 40th birthdays. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place and a better location. We could walk everywhere and felt very safe in the property. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway
Beautiful home in a great location! All the fun of the Boardwalk is within walking distance, and other attractions and activities are just a short drive. My family and I had a great time!

Great weekend family get away
The house was lovely, clean, nice living spaces. The multiple levels great for getting separation from the kids playing upstairs... but were a bit tough for grandma's arthritic joints. Just something to note if anyone has trouble with stairs, this place would be tough to navigate (must ascend 2 full flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms). We would definitely rent again though- loved the proximity to the wharf and Boardwalk.

Location, location, location!
Interior is dated but was very clean for the most part (there were some clothes in the washer from previous guest). The beds are comfortable, and there are all the amenities one would need. It should be noted that there are several sets of stairs in the unit. Garage parking was a major plus!!
