We stayed a few days with family and had lots of space!! The inside is awesome and you must see it to believe how well it’s been done. Stephen was great, and was available to help with any questions. He let us use the tubes in the garage and that saved us money. Great property, fun to sit on the decks and watch tubers pass by. Would recommend this for large family or a few couples.

The WasserHaus was one of our highlights of our summer roadtrip! The house beautifully done inside and out. Super Clean and the Check in was really Easy. Stephen answered all my questions and even gave me tips and suggestions for our stay. The location was in walking distance of everything in town, there no need to move the car. There even a full supermarket, Bette's Market a few blocks away. It was truely a home away from home...BIG Thanks to Stephen and his family for hosting us!
P.S. the best people watching in at the house where you can watch the river tubing right on the deck.

It was such a fun experience to have my parents, my kids and have my boyfriend all together in such an adorable place!

The Wasserhaus is a true gem of a property. The design and layout of this house are very well done. It was clean and well-appointed and very comfortable. The host, Stephen, made sure we were taken care of before we arrived and gave us some great suggestions on where to eat and some fun things to do. We felt at home immediately.
The house is close enough to downtown Helen to walk to almost anything, but also far enough from the bustle of town to be pretty quiet. We walked into downtown several times each day to shop, eat, and sightsee. You can also opt to stay at the house and spend hours on the balconies overlooking the Chattahoochee and being entertained by the tubers.
Great house and we would definitely stay here again.

We just returned from quick Girl’s Trip to Helen,GA! Six of us stayed comfortably in the beautifully renovated water tower. Once we arrived we were able to walk everywhere easily within Helen. The accommodations were excellent and the owner/host was easily accessible by phone or email to quickly answer any questions. We felt safe and very comfortable in the home. We would all definitely recommend this location to anyone and will book again if we visit Helen in the future! Thanks for helping to make our weekend such a memorable trip!

This was such a unique experience! It feels like a super fancy tree house. Or tree mansion:) 3 levels. With spacious rooms. Beautiful bathrooms. Beautiful view. Great location! Friendly host!

We had a great time at this location. The owner, Stephen, was very engaged and communicative. The location couldn't be better for a home base. Downtown is within 5-7 minutes on foot, and the grocery store is right around the corner. The house itself is super unique as a converted water tower. It's really well done, and comfortable for a group of 6-8. We'll be back!

We decide to stay a couple of days on Helen and we found this nice place in which we were receive and treated very kindly. We got excellent service and the property is very good conditions. This is a very comfy place where you can enjoy with all of your family and friends. Thank you Stephen for making our stay special

Wasserhaus was just as pictured online. Our kids enjoyed the unique layout and round walls, as well as the arcade across the street. Our teenage son fly-fished right outside the house in the river, and our whole family enjoyed hiking Dukes Creek Falls just 10mins away. Downtown Helen was very close and an easy walk for exploring. The IGA in Betty's was helpful for a basic grocery run.

Off the charts nice equivalent to a 4 star hotel. Owner stopped by he was very kind and helpful. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else from now on.

We had a wonderful stay at the Wasserhaus with friends. The accommodations were perfect the 6 of us, the rooms were nice and clean. It sit right on the Chattahoochee River and great walking distance to town of Helen. Thanks Stephen for sharing your home with us!!

We know it’s not a castle, but staying in the Wasserhaus gave us the feeling of being inside a castle turret.
Well-appointed and so conveniently located near all the fun of Helen. This is a gun and unique spot.
The hot tub was used nightly and we gathered as a family to enjoy the living room and kitchen but also had several balconies and rooms to get quiet time when needed.
Great spot to stay in a unique town.

Our teens Loved the water tower!! They could tub down the river anytime and walk down to Helen! Best birthday weekend get away! Host were very nice! We will be coming back to stay next year.

Hosts were wonderful to work with. We will definitely go back. They let us use their tubes which saved us money. And it's an easy walk to betty's store.

We enjoyed it very much close to everything we love to do. It was a different experience it was in an old water tower and they decorated it beautifully we loved it very much.

No need to go anywhere just grab a cold drink and be entertained by the tubbers going by in the hundreds. Great place and a super nice host.

Had a great stay at the water tank house on the river. Host was great with communication. Easy get in and check out. Why mess with worrying about parking, everything is a close walk. Tubing drop in is 2 mins away as is kids entertainment right across street. Everything was great.

My family, my sister’s family, my parents and our children had a wonderful time staying at Wasserhaus. The location was perfect and the house was very nice with plenty of room for the eleven of us. Definitely recommend for a Helen, GA vacation.

I rent alot of properties but this one was a beautiful surprise! With my experiences, all properties look good online but this one was so much more than we expected. Beautifully decorated and amazing. Our family had a great time. It is walking distance to everything Helen has to offer. The owner was very responsive and very accommodating. 10 out of 10 reccomend!!

We loved our visit to the Waasserhaus! It was such a neat place to stay. Everything was very clean and check in was very smooth and easy. The host contacted me to be sure that we had everything we needed and that check in went well. The amenities were well thought out. We loved that there were even night lights and beach towels for the hot tub. We also enjoyed the board games, hot tub, and fire pit. The house is within walking distance to downtown. One of our days was rainy and it was very convenient there is an arcade across the street. We loved the location, the house, and the town. It was a great vacation!

What a wonderful place!
Very unique and interesting home. We were so pleasantly surprised when we opened the front door as to the spaciousness and modern appointments of this beautiful home.
Lower floor has an open floor-plan with large dining table and kitchen that had everything you need as well as a downstairs bathroom. easy stairs to the bedrooms that were very comfortable also with very nice bathrooms.
Since it was raining the whole stay we enjoyed Netflix in front of the fireplace and pizza from a local shop walking distance from the home. Would love to visit again in the summer when its warm and dry and all the shops are open. You will love this place!

Unique, amazing, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for 12 people. We had an amazing time at Wasserhaus. Walking distance to everything you could possible need. The hosts were very attentive, returned text messages immediately. Super nice people. We can not wait till our next stay. Thank you Toni and Steven.

This Property is not just a place to sleep, it's an experience.
The children loved the water tank and it's uniqueness .
Supper clean, decorated very nice and lots of room for sleeping and just having your own space, if you wanted it. I contacted the owner about a questions and he called me with in seconds. Have a great talk with him. I would go back there time and time again. I can't say enough good things about this place. It's a must stay place if your in the Helen Ga. area.

Arrived to a wonderful getaway with friends, and the Water House did not disappoint. Rode our motorcycles and it is located on a nice paved road. Access to the water was easy and owner had tubs for us to use. Cooked on grill, roasted marshmallows and hung out in the hot tub. Great vacation. 😊

Great location, many upgrades, on the River!
We took a vacation from Atlanta to Helen, GA. This property was perfect for a family of four. Newly renovated “Water-tower” home, right on the Chattahoochee River! A fun park across the street, walking distance to downtown. Would definitely rent again, we loved this place and the town.

You may never get a chance to say you stayed in a water tower. You will definitely never get to stay in one this beautiful. The property was perfectly located. We walked into town daily, even with little children but felt quaint and private. The most convenient little grocery store was 2 minutes away. The property is riverside and near one of the tubing hubs. Everything was perfectly clean and so many amenities available. Property manager was accessible and quick to respond. You will feel like a local celebrity because the town is curious about the renovations. We have absolutely nothing negative to say.
