The house was so comfy cozy. We are from AR & stayed here for our grandson’s 2nd Bday. The host was friendly & answered any/all of my questions. We had a great time, everything you need. Would definitely stay again when in KS!

Not only was the stay very affordable, but the house was very comfortable and clean, with kitchen basic supplies on hand. The owner was communicative. We would not hesitate to book again. Thanks for the great experience!

We enjoyed staying at your property. I may want to get it every year for the first weekend in August. It would be nice to have top sheets on the beds as sometimes we don' t need the warmth of the grey "comforter". We did notice that the water pressure in the bathroom sink was not very good. We did not take showers.

The house was nice but the yard was a mess! The grass was overgrown and bushes were grown over the sidewalk. We were visiting for a wedding so it was not fun walking through tall wet grass in dress clothes because we could not get to the sidewalk. The backyard would have been nice if the yard was maintained. I would stay at the house again if the yard was maintained.

The house was clean, the beds was okay.
We where in town for a basketball tournament, we booked 3 nights but only stayed 2 because the neighborhood was not the best. The day we got there we were followed by a car, we didn’t stop at the house we kept driving and got back on the interstate and they finally went around us after following us 3-4 miles on the interstate.
We went back to the house, the grass was super tall in the front and back of the house. The trees / bushes in the front of the house was grown up taller then the house and you couldn’t walk on the sidewalk so you had to walk in the tall grass.
The shower had a window on the side of it.
My daughter played late Friday night, so we didn’t get back to the house til late. Cars was parked in the street and it was hard to get into the driveway bc there is no room.

We needed a place while traveling to Derby KS. Traveling with 4 grandkids we wanted something simple and efficient. This was it! Short drive to Derby, we relaxed and it was so reasonably priced. Quiet neighborhood, very responsive host. We would stay again.

Was great on the inside👍
The outside would have been great if there was steps at the other end if porch so ya didnt have to walk in wet grass to get in & out of the house🙃

In town for a wrestling tournament. This allowed my family to stay together. The place was clean and check in easy. The price was great.

We were in town for a weekend volleyball tournament and wanted more space than your typical hotel stay. Everyone had their own room to relax and recharge. Beds were comfortable, everything was CLEAN. It was nice to sit on the front porch and drink my coffee in the mornings before a busy day. It wasn’t fancy, but much better than a hotel. We will keep this property on our radar for next years tournament!

Communication was awesome!! Walls were dirty, broken window and screen,also cracked wall where faucet comes out into bathtub.. There was no propane so we were unable to grill. The bottom of the faucet ring pulls down to start shower. All together though the house was cute and in a quiet neighborhood and the price was great!! I would stay again if in Wichita

This cute 3 bedroom sits in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we needed. It was clean (walls need a good cleaning in the bedrooms and fresh paint though), smoke free, and had all the things we needed to feel like home including wifi, coffee, comy beds and all the streaming apps your family could need. We went to KS for a family event and had a nice place to stay that felt like home. The owner was very nice and very responsive to any questions we had. Of course the best part is the price!

This isn't the fanciest Vrbo that I have stayed at. But, it checked all the boxes that I needed for a quick one night stay in Wichita. Clean and comfortable beds. (They are quite firm, which I like.)
Pleasant gathering space and a functional kitchen.
The main cons are that there are no grounded outlets in the bedrooms. And, the kitchen is does not have very many pots and pans and utensils for big cooking. But, since we were just staying the night and not eating on site, it was perfect for our needs.
Communication with the owners are quick and easy.
Definitely better than having 4 adults cramped into one hotel room!

The place was roomy and clean in a quiet neighborhood. Communication was minimal. Would have liked to have tea, a few more mugs, and grounded outlets. Overall a nice place at a good rate.

We had a really nice stay. We booked last minute after another place canceled on us and they were responded and were ready within an hour. Had everything we needed, and the couch and beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac and had driveway guest parking. Would recommend.

Great stay in Wichita
A welcoming atmosphere awaited us upon our arrival. The house had fantastic, welcoming ambiance with plenty of room for our family to rest and enjoy. The shower was strong and warm, the yard kept up and safe, the neighbors friendly and helpful. Looking forward to spending time here again!
