We had a great stay and the host was very responsive to our questions and needs. The apartment had what our family of 5 needed.

Can’t beat the location very close to the underground and lots of restaurants and shopping. The flat was nice and having AC units was really helpful in August. I will say there are a lot of stairs which can be difficult to manage with luggage. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay. The property manager was attentive and even checked in partway through our stay.

Three of my sisters and two nieces added a week in London to a family weekend in Dublin. For those of us who had been before this was our first visit to Fitzrovia. We will be back as there is still much to explore in this neighborhood. The property worked out just fine for us and was easy for those who wanted to explore the city to get to and from their destinations.

The location of this house can’t be beat! It’s only a 5 minute walk to Oxford Street and 6-7 minutes to SoHo. It offers incredible walkability to multiple pubs, restaurants, clubs, and shopping. Next time we are in London we will be staying here 100% due to the great location! The house was very well maintained as well and the room and bed sizes were nice. There is a half bathroom on the second floor where the main living space and kitchen are located which is nice to access. The two full bathrooms with showers/tubs are upstairs on the fourth floor. We stayed here with multiple age ranges (senior citizens, adults, children aged 1 to 16) and everyone has no problem getting around the unit. Anyone who wants to stay will be on the third floor where the bedrooms start (3 on third floor, master on 4th with 2 bathrooms). You won’t be disappointed!!!!!! Awesome check in process and very easy.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment worked well for our family, the location is amazing and I appreciated that Nayara organized for groceries to be bought for our arrival. We will visit again!

The property was very comfortable and the owner and property manager were very responsive to all of our questions and requests before and during our stay. The location was great (close to many things and yet a nice quiet neighborhood) and access to cabs was easy which was important for us since we were traveling with 3 people over 80 years old. A couple of things to note are that the walk to the tube station is about 10 minutes and there are 4 flights of stairs in the apartment. We were aware of both of these in advance and while challenging for our older guests, it was still manageable. Highly recommend.

Great location and a comfortable flat for a group

Our two families had a wonderful time while at this property. The property is well appointed with anything you’d need. The location is absolutely perfect! It was in the middle of a wonderful area with plenty of great restaurants all around. It was extremely easy to catch the underground. The host and POC were extremely responsive to anything we needed. We’d definitely come back, and hope to do so in the future.

I cannot say enough great things about Nayara, the host of this very nice apartment. She worked very hard to help us get into her place when we got kicked out of another apartment due to the heat not working. She is spent a lot of her time helping us that night, and I really appreciate it. She and her co-host were also very responsive and helpful during our stay. The place was clean and his a nice setup for a family. We had 7 people and were comfortable with a nice living area to lounge in. I just wish we had good weather to enjoy the very cute back patio. Water pressure and hot water are really good in the apartment. The location is great. Good restaurants nearby and not far to walk to tube stops to get all around London. Would stay here again.

Perfect location to see so many things. Walking distance or a short cab ride to almost everywhere. Great restaurants, spa, pharmacy, and pubs within minutes. The 4 story 4 bedroom 2.5 bath was perfect for our family of 4. Felt very safe and had everything we needed for a week long stay.

This property was excellent! The checkin process was seamless. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 children. Communication with the owner was great. The location was excellent. Plenty of restaurants very close and a quick walk to the underground. Highly recommend!

My family and I (group of 6) had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The location was perfect! Close to the tube, restaurants, shops, etc. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. Also, I really appreciated that Justin and his assistant Edina answered all my questions so promptly. I look forward to staying there again!

We had a very nice stay. The location was near many things that we wanted to see and do! The flat does need TLC. There is a washer but no dryer. They had a clothes hanging rack. The house met our needs and we enjoyed our time in London!!! The host and assistant were super responsive.

This property is a real gem in the Fitzrovia neighborhood. The accommodations were clean and well taken care of, the property manager was easy to get in touch with, and the outdoor terrace was absolutely amazing! It wasn't a problem but future renters might want to know that there are a lot of stairs (the property spans 4 stories) and there is no dryer as indicated in the listing. Overall great stay!!

I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights with my wife and three friends and had a great stay. Lots to love about this flat. We found the bedrooms comfortable and the living room & terrace to be a great space to wind down after an evening out. The location is perfect, close to nightlife, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. We found cabs to be readily available and easy access to the tube. The host made check in a breeze and the host was flexible with us, providing us with accommodations with check in and understanding our flight situation. The host was responsive throughout the stay, and even provided us with wine and chocolate upon our arrival. We were thoroughly happy with our stay.
