La villa si trova su una strada privata con una barriera di sicurezza in cima alla strada che solo i residenti possono accedere. La strada è un vicolo cieco in modo da non avere mai traffico veicolare o pedonale che passa la villa. La villa dista solo sette minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale Biosfera e 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Ci sono una selezione di supermercati, bar, ristoranti, parrucchieri, farmacia e banca a 300 metri di distanza. SI PREGA DI NOTARE CHE LE TARIFFE PREVENTIVAMENTE POSSONO VARIARE PER LE DIMENSIONI DEL GRUPPO O LE DATE DI VIAGGIO CHE INCLUDONO LE VACANZE O GLI EVENTI BANCARI. C'è un barbecue, tavolo patio e sedie con ombrellone e comodi lettini per vivere all'aperto. Cucina completamente attrezzata con forno, piano cottura, frigorifero e freezer, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Un ferro e asse da stiro in dotazione. TV satellitare, (BBC, ITV, RTE) lettore CD e DVD e suite in pelle nel salotto. Ogni camera ha un balcone, 2 con vista sul mare. C'è una cassaforte nella camera da letto principale. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti. Comfort: Può ospitare fino a 8 persone, seggiolone e culla disponibili, asciugacapelli, cassaforte con serratura. The property is well located at the top of the old town, near to Lidl if you are familiar with the resort. Communication with Fred was excellent, thank you Fred.
You can easily walk to both the old and new parts of the resort, takes about 20 mins. It's more of a strenuous walk up from the old town. The villa is well appointed, showing minor wear and tear, but nothing that spoils your enjoyment. The bed in the master room is super comfy as are the pillows. We have rented many a villa over the years and rarely do you get comfy beds and pillows. We would definitely recommend the villa.

Just back from a 9 night stay in Fred’s villa. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Outside space is wonderful a great sun trap and beautiful heated pool. Inside the kitchen has every appliance you could wish for, the sitting room has reclining sofas and a great tv with all the channels. The bedroom’s have very comfortable beds with the master en suite. The location is great, easy walk to the beach and port and a taxi back for less than €4 so no need to hire a car. Fred and his team kept in touch with us throughout our stay.
I will definitely be back in the near future to book this villa again.

This property is exactly as described.it is maintained to a very high standard. We had a few “very minor water issues” which were outside of everyone’s control but the efficiency in resolving the issues was super.I have been hoildaying in Lanzarote for 18yrs and this was my first time staying in this location.I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.Well done to the owners.I will certainly be back.

I would just like to say your villa is absolutely beautiful and a right sun trap we loved every minute of our stay & I have never spent as much time in the pool as the temperature of it was perfect there is everything you need & more plenty outdoor space where we spent most of our time. With Lidl across the road meant fresh rolls every morning the description of your villa is exactly how it is described if not better. My husband and I celebrated our ruby wedding in 5 star accommodation and Fred you were a great help we will most certainly love to come back if you’ll have us ?

Being in a private road this villa is quiet and peaceful. Perfect for our first visit over Xmas and New Year but within easy walking distance of the harbour and main strip.
Everything you would expect in a home from home was included - if you can’t bear to miss your favourite TV program this has the full Sky and Terrestrial package.
Fred and Richie were great and we thank you for making our first Xmas abroad perfect.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable villa. Beds and bedding so inviting. All directions and recommendations that were left for us were spot on.

Had a fabulous time at the villa, was a complete home from home. Everything you'd need was available from the fully stocked kitchen to the washing machine, TV with plenty of channels should you ever find you want to stay in and chill. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect, really quiet but not to far from all you'd need from supermarkets to bars and restaurants. The pool was perfect for our two and a half year old granddaughter, she absolutely loved the place. Fred was always available if needed as was Richie, but as stated everything was so perfect there was really no need to contact them.
All in all we all had a fabulous time at the villa, and would definitely return.
So here's hoping to be in touch soon, thanks a lot Fred, Karen, Richie, Michelle.

Had the most amazing time in this villa, nicest one I have rented ,everything you need and more nice touch was the liquids in the fridge meaning we could have a chill and a drink before running to the shops
Richie did the transfers for us which was great thanks again definitely book again

We had a really perfect holiday staying at Fred's villa. It was exactly what we wanted in terms of spacious living with a great outdoor area which maximizes the sunshine all day. Pool is a very good size and perfect for cooling down or doing a bit of aqua aerobics! Villa is really comfortable - great beds guaranteeing a good nights sleep and very comfortable couches for lounging around in the evening. Great selection of TV channels and sound system. Wifi excellent. Location is so close to everything - large supermarkets, neighbourhood fish shop (fantastic!), bars and restaurants. Lazerote is well serviced by taxis so if you didn't fancy the walk back home after a night out it is easy and cheap to jump in a cab for the return journey. We hired bikes and cycled out to Arrecife on a great and safe cycle path, walked the fabulous Porta Del Carmen to Porta Calero cliff walk every day so the sangria was well earned by lunchtime! I highly recommend the villa and will be returning next year without doubt! Belated thanks Richie for all of your on the ground help and advice and to you Fred also for your regular check ins to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. A unique service - well done.
