The room is spacious and clean, the balcony is a great place to watch the sunset while enjoying sea breeze. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Overall is a very relaxing place to stay.

buffet breakfast was good, restauarant was also good for dinner/lunch. Pool facilities were great, gym, swim up bar, very clean and actually exceeded expectation. Looks better in person than in the photos

staff communication difficult. Request a coffee/ cutlery/ even a menu and staff barely spoke or understood English. The staff actually let the accomodation down.

These are not dislike just suggestions. Have the tables at breakfast all set up both inside and out. There was often a lack of cutlery. Also the weather is amazing but no umbrellas or shelter for the chairs and loungers

The service was nice. From the time we checked in to checked out the staff was extremely helpful and made the stay that much better. It was convenient that they had a restaurant, gym, spa, small store and coffee shop all in the resort so we did not go to town if we were tired from the days activities. Having said that, the heart of the town is only a 15 minute walk away if you feel comfortable navigating yourselves. We went into town a few times for dinners.

A well-maintained resort that offers large and comfortable rooms. The service was great and I personally enjoyed that it has everything you need without the need to leave the hotel if you want to rest from the touristic activities. Food was great either way different options to choose from.

Execptional customer service. All the staffs are hospitable and kind. We had absolutely nothing negative to say our holiday there was perfect.

Everything about this hotel, from the staff, the service, the accommodation, the location and value for money are great. The staff is accommodating, helpful and courteous. The place is fairly new and location is overlooking the view of the bay. The size of the room is so spacious. The buffet breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of selections. The swimming pool looks amazing and inviting. There is a karaoke room if you are into karaoke. We had a relaxing good holiday in this hotel and would definitely recommend this to other people.

Next door to us were a group of young guests who didn't have any consideration to other occupants in the hotel. At wee hours in the morning ( 4 AM ), they went back to their room making loud noises and bangin g doors ( bathroom door ), probably sick from being rotten drunk. I think they had a night out in town.

Clean, spacious rooms with good facilities. The quality and choice of food on the menu was good. The staff were very attentive.

There were several power cuts. The WiFi voucher system is a bit cumbersome. The hotel would benefit from its own jetty with island tours and water taxi services to nearby beaches.

The staff are very accommodating and courteous. You always see the smile on their faces and they are always ready to assist.

The hotel is new and with a modern design. It is quite large and has a very attentive, professional, staff , dressed wonderfully in uniforms, even down to a signature hair style for the beautiful front- desk young women.

The faucet/shower water in the rooms is not drinkable, and our room (322) was directly above a metal fabrication plant that had horrible smells and very late night pounding noises that kept us awake.

The personal at the pool bar was very good. Very attentive and friendly and always had a smile. Thank you to Jackie who made that visit alwys an enjoyable one. A very good spa with very good massage.

The WiFi Internet connection was a night mare. Login out automatically every 2-5-10 minutes. Always requiring a complete new login. Why not one login at arrival and stay logged in while staying at the resort. Unacceptable. Breakfast was ok, but it always needed to order if something was empty at the buffet. It should be constantly restocked. The same applies for plates and cups. The landfill below the hotel has definetly destroyed the view from the pool and room etc.
