Comfortable, clean accomodations with room for all ages. Our family age range from 3 to 95. Great-grandpa was able to enjoy and relax.

We had 4 kids ages 1 to 10, they loved the game room and all the space they had to play. The host was knowledgeable about the area and when I had questions or concerns he responded quickly.

The location was great and slept all of us very comfortably.

We were in Flagstaff for my son's graduation from NAU and the house was a perfect place for our family to stay! Close to NAU and lots of sleeping area. My kids and my niece and nephew had a great time with the ping pong and foosball tables. The large table was also great for card games and board games! The kitchen was nicely equipped and the grill was really nice to have. The host was responsive when we had any questions.

The house was beautiful and clean, and the neighborhood was lovely. There is a busy street that the house is up against which was a bit noisy, but overall great place. The owners are very nice, thorough, but come across a bit anxious about people staying in their home (maybe they’ve had a bad experience or something). For me, there were too many messages sent from the owners regarding the “rules” of the house and the checkout process. I didn’t go a day without getting a notification, which for some that may be great, but for me I wanted to relax and have less notifications. I think a suggestion would be to send all the information the day before check in and then have a book/binder at the house that also contained this information (i.e. check out process, house rules/guidelines, things to do around town etc). I love it when places have this. I would stay again.

Our group of 12 had a great stay! Plenty of differnt sleeping arragement options. Clean, well maintained, great proximity to all things Flagstaff.

House was stylish and worked well for us. Beds were comfortable. Recommend confirming details before booking.

Pro: The hosts were quick to respond and informative. It is decorated nicely and had lots of beds. Cons: The property was really dirty! I took several pictures of the dirt and grime to show the managers. I was really worried about breathing in the dirt that was caked on every vent and intake. The walls, especially in the bathrooms had orange grime on them. There were also several things that needed to be repaired. The house needs a full cleaning and repair before it's rented out.

The house was right down the street from NAU. The house was clean and it had all the space and comfort we needed. Some other people commented about the highway noise but we only heard it in the main living areas so it didn't disrupt our sleep at all.

This house was perfect for myself and 8 other people. We go to Flagstaff for a snowboarding trip every year and this house was wonderful. Close to Snowbowl and downtown Flagstaff. Would stay again!

Our group of 13 enjoyed staying at this lovely property while we were able to enjoy flagstaffs' snowfall. Rooms accommodated everyone, the backyard was enjoyable, kitchen and bathrooms had all the things we needed.

If you’re just looking for a place to crash that is close driving distance to NAU and downtown it can totally work. The hosts were responsive to inquiries. There is plenty of space for 10 people to crash. The house itself isn’t anything amazing, even though they’ve done a good job photographing it. The biggest drawback is that the house backs right up to I-40 and when I say “backs right up to it” I mean you can see the guardrails from the main living room. This can make for a somewhat disturbed nights sleep.

We loved our stay, cabin is extremely well located, near supermarket, places to go play in the snow, downtown. Very spacious, had pretty much everything we needed, it accommodate 14 of us pretry comfortable. We will be renting this cabin again soon.

We had a fun foosball tournament and played many games! Loved the many seating options! Kitchen was well stocked. Easy for a family / friends to spread out in this place.

We had 4 adults and 5 kids stay at Ponderosa Pines and it worked really well. The bunk room was perfect for the kids and even had a little hangout/tv room nearby that let them feel like they had their own space. We were 5 minutes from Fort Tuthill, which was great for us because our families mountain bike. Owner was responsive. We would stay again.

Lovely updated interior, fully updated kitchen and convenient location to all things in Flagstaff! Spacious room layout with very comfy beds. We enjoyed our stay at Ponderosa Pines BNB!

We picked this listing because of the location and the fenced in backyard for our dogs. It’s close by town and the highway very easily accessible, check in and out process was easy and had plenty of amenities.

The check in process was horrible. Never got the code for the front door or the welcome email. I had to ask for everything. Upon arrival, the neighborhood is cute, and very close to NAU, which is what we wanted to be close too. So that was very nice. The one thing that was a down fall was it’s backed up to the highway by a hill that goes down, so all day and night you hear Jake breaks from the semi trucks, and it’s very loud. It kept us up most of the night. Another thing that kept us up all night was a broken bed frame in the master bedroom. The Handy man couldn’t fix it, so the mattress went on the floor and we never heard back from the owner about it. So no compensation for that inconvenience. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house by using the garage door one day. I had asked the owners earlier if they had a code to use the garage door but they said use the front door (they had the code and did give it to us to get it) which was on the other side of the lot. This made it inconvenient to unload and load things. Once we had the code to the garage life was easy again. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom doors won’t shut all the way so changing or having privacy wasn’t an option there, you had to go into the bathrooms. There was a few more things that aren’t make it or break it issues but items that should be there that you get in basic hotel rooms aren’t in the house. And after reading the very strict rules of the home, you won’t feel like touching anything or playing ping pong because you don’t want to have to re level the table. Overall, we won’t be back to this property. If there had been some compensation for the trouble of things. I might feel a little different. I think this property was cute inside but needs a lot of love outside. The backyard is gross and over grown. Also, someone was waiting for us to leave when we where checking out (on time I have to say) which made us feel rushed and I thought was unprofessional.
