Disappointing, even though the outdoor photos were showing some outdoor need of TLC we gave the property a chance and rented it but when we arrived it was terrible.
The driveway, carport and outdoor furniture are dirty (pressure washing will help) garbage was piled up, flies were all around and the smell was awful. Yard wasn't mowed and is in urgent need of care. Inside the rotten smell was very bad which we tried to figure out from where it came; if it was from the garbage or something else. We contacted Heidi and she apologized for the trash situation and even gave a refund that is appreciated but it didn't solve the situation of sleeping in a place with bad odors. Decoration with some taste will help too. So sorry, but even though is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood this house needs a lot to make it a home away from home.

We had a first rate experience from start to finish. The property is exactly as presented so there were no surprises at all getting there. Communications with the host were very timely and detailed.
There is plenty of space here and the location was perfect for us. A quiet street but very close to town which is the best of both worlds as far as we're concerned. We don't' have pets to travel with anymore but have traveled with dogs in the past and this property looks like a great place to brind your furry friends.
Heidi is a great host and if we ever swing back to Sarasota we'll definitely plan on staying here.

This cottage is conveniently located near Legacy Trail and Payne Park. It has easy access to Saint Armands and the downtown shopping and dining. The inside is well furnished and very clean. Also dog friendly so definitely a plus! The owners are very responsive and helpful.

I rented a place with two other adults, and we were a little skeptical based on the photos. The house is clean, well-maintained, and has an exceptional layout for a group. It’s convenient to everything Sarasota has to offer and priced amazingly well. I will definitely be back.

A great find for a great stay in Sarasota! The location was very convenient to all of our Sarasota destinations. The house was very comfortable and met our needs. The backyard was a plus where we enjoyed the good weather and the quiet neighborhood.

We had a very nice stay here. Nice neighborhood, house was comfortable and it was great having an enclosed yard for the dogs. Payne Park is 2 blocks away and the Legacy Trail one block away which was nice for walking the dogs. Lots of good restaurants & shopping nearby. Heidi was very responsive to my questions when we first arrived. We would definitely return.

So glad we picked this location. We were minutes away from Selby Gardens, the beaches and downtown Sarasota. The home was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our time there.

We were in town for a wedding and what initially drew us to this property was the location. The images were inviting and fit our needs. When we arrived we were further impressed. Its a cute, cozy, and yet still spacious cottage. The cleanliness of the property was top notch. Everything worked seamlessly and the property owner's communication was equally top notch. We truly appreciated the few helpful notes around the cottage to assist with the function of some of the appliances. We loved our stay and hope to stay in the future when visiting family again. Thank you for hosting us!

Super responsive Host! Can't say enough about how great Heidi and Jake were! Everything was in order, easy check in check out. The home is very comfortable and everyone agreed the beds were comfortable, the quarters were clean, the linen was clean, the kitchen had everything you need. The Location was perfect with easy access to both downtown Sarasota and the Main Interstates near by. The Neighborhood was safe and quiet with both grocery store and pharmacy near by. I recommend this house to anyone who is staying long enough to not want to eat out 3x a day and wants the feel of a home with everything you need to be comfortable!

I will never stay at a hotel ever again. First time at a b&b. Clean and with in distance or restaurants, grocery stores etc. Pictures are exact. Would stay again.

This is a great place. It's in a great location close to the beaches, a grocery store, and downtown. The house is nicely set up. Good for families because there are three bedrooms, and a pack n play for babies. Heidi was very responsive. I would stay here again.

We arrived at the property and found it to be exactly as described. The location was better than great!. There was an issue with 1 of the TVs and our host replaced the TV while we were at the beach!

This place is exactly as advertised. Clean and very dog friendly. Quiet neighborhood that is within 8 minutes to downtown and walking distance to Publix store. The Legacy trail is right across the road. The best thing about it is the large private back yard where you can sit and relax with your coffee while your dog plays. We would definately stay here again.

Very comfortable, well maintained ranch. Quiet, safe neighborhood. This home is very clean, quiet and well-stocked with everything you might need. Close to downtown and all Sarasota has to offer. Bring a bike, Legacy Trail is right out the door. Appreciated the pet-friendly policy, the backyard was perfect for my Golden.Heidi was very responsive and kind in her communications. Highly recommend a stay in this home.

We loved staying here. Our college aged kid is attending a school in Sarasota , so we rented this home for the initial move in to the dorms. It was so clean and seems newly renovated ! We loved the fenced in back yard for our lab- he loved it too ! Safe and quiet neighborhood only a few minutes from downtown , Publix very close too . We will be back !

The house was easy to find and very nicely done. Love the fenced in backyard for my dog. Great location and property was very clean and updated. It made my stay that much better. Would happily stay here again

A fantastic option when visiting Sarasota!
We were in town for our daughter's rowing regatta and this house provided us with exactly what we needed. We had a complete kitchen for prepare meals and plenty of space for everyone to relax and decompress.
The location, so close to downtown Sarasota, only one block from the Legacy Trail, and 15 minutes from St. Armands and Lido Key was fantastic.

Perfect Home to connect with family
The house was perfect when I traveled to see my family in Florida, the dogs loved the yard and there was lots of room to hang out and catch up. The house and property were very clean and organized and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.
