The house is very spacious and comfortable. It has a nice terace too. The access to city is easy with public bus.

It has a construction site around. Due to this, after long hours of rain it was muddy around the house. Moreover the car was parked in the mud because the pavement is not ready yet.

The accomodation itself was great clean comfortable and modern. the reception staff were really knowledgable on the area and history even showing us defence structures not listed on things to do in websites. they went above and beyond for us and really cant fault our stay. the site is surrounded by a quite canels and lake which act like a mote there are walking trails and alot of greenery which make a nice walk in the evenings. the site is approximatly 30 minutes walk to the town center through some quite back streets a nice walk again of an evening and not to far for children

we would have liked on site laundry facilities being caught short (i know thats our fault) . we did mention this to the owner who is building a purpose built facility onsite as we speak so there will be facilities when we definatly return in the future =)

I booked two of those houses for my parents and cousin’s family (with also a 4yo kid) and they really enjoyed their stay. The location is inside a park easily reachable by bike from the city centre, a little bit less easy by bus. I think the entire place is pretty new since there were some bungalow still under construction, so I assume the pedestrian way to reach it is still in the making. According to them, the place was silent and they had no problems to sleep. I found the bungalow were really well equipped, with modern forniture and all the basic stuff you need in a house. Just keep in mind that before going back there, you might want to stop to do grocery since there isn’t a supermarket really nearby (the first one is 20 mins walking according to maps) but if you have a bike or a car, that might make it easier. There is no staff there and the check in and check out are done with a code that you receive the day of the check-in, but they are available on the booking chat for everything you need. I found that a really good point since, most of the times maybe you don’t need to reach out to reception, but if you do is nice to have a prompt response. I would say that if you want a relaxed holiday with the freedom of cooking whenever you want, that’s the perfect option!

The only thing I would probably improve are the indications on how to reach the place if you are not by bike or car, since you have to cross a park and might not be intuitive if you don’t know the place. But this is probably something that will be implemented once also all the bungalow and area will be finished.

New accommodations, quiet, all facilities are available, clean.

One of the rooms didn't have curtains, so it was a bit hard to sleep there with the sun rising at 5AM and sunset at 10PM at evening. Also no Air-co.

The owner of this place was a great guy who helped us with some unexpected issues. Rooms were as described, clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and big enough for 2 people. Location was awesome, quiet and calm but also connected to city center by a short bus ride. Excellent experience overall.

Everything in the house was new. Size of the house Rooms were comfortable Free parking The host was in constant contact with us. PD. Don't forget to refill the gas bottles.

The accommodation corresponded to the description, except free toiletries (there were none). The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. The house is located in a park and around the house you can see birds with their young. Good bus connection to the city center.

The lack of toiletries surprised us as we hadn't brought any with us. This information could be more detailed.

Nice large apartment. Not being familiar with Utrecht, it was a little further out from the central city than we anticipated. However, the surroundings are nice. Also, I must have missed something in the description, but did not realize that it is in located in a camp ground. The host was nice and responded quickly to our inquiries.

Very nice house, well furbished and cosy.

The camping site is extending and builders were noisy as early as 7:30 am on our first day. It was better over the week-end.

New House with all the facilities you need. Nice rooms and in general a very comfortable house. Area is very calm with nice open areas and parks and it feels safe.

Area is still a construction area as they are building similar family houses, but it will not disturb your stay.

This is one of the first to be open at this new sight, so construction is still going on. Regardless, these are nice small houses, brand new, and in a great location relative to both Utrecht and Amsterdam. I expect they’ll cost more once they are able to open more houses.
