Both bedrooms on the street level do not have walk in showers which makes it difficult for those who have difficulty stepping into a tub . The house was very nice and clean and a great location

Fantastic property with room to hang out with the group but also plenty of areas to read and relax. Just a few minutes to drive to restaurants. I will use this property again.

Second, the place was spacious and incredibly large and accommodating. The place also had incredibly new kitchen appliances and washing machines, etc.

I rented this house for myself and family members to stay for my daughters wedding. It was perfect for our needs. Every bedroom was nice and had its own bathroom. The foyer and connecting yard are beautiful. The home is well stocked and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

We had three separate couples and a single and everyone was content with their bedrooms and ensuite. We loved the angularity of the house inside and the many common rooms. The kitchen worked well although we mostly ate out. All the appliances are there and a washer and dryer. Ironing board and iron provided as well. Never watched the TVs although there seemed like one in every room! The neighborhood is great, walkable and friendly. The location is excellent and the whole area is quiet. When not at functions we spent our time walking the beaches in Carmel and Monterey. Endless beach! The weather was spectacularly sunny and pleasant. Not the usual, I gathered. The company and people were easy to work with and the pictures are what's there and much more. Don't hesitate to rent this property.

We were a group of six adults in town for a wedding. As other reviewers mentioned the layout of the house is a bit of a maze. But that split floor plan did allow for everyone in our group to have their own private space. So, while it is strange, it did work for us. We had some issues with the cleanliness and the rental company addressed them right away. Hopefully the guests that stay after us won't have the same experience. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Overall we had a nice stay.

Property is not what it appears to be. Additions done haphazardly and not all rooms have heat. Kitchen is very small and not equipped as would be expected. Bring your own knives as the larger carving knives will only cut butter.

This large, clean, well appointed and comfortable home is in a quiet neighborhood. All three bedrooms with their own baths are comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is modern and a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor patio is private and lovely landscaped. A large living room, dinning room and extra media room with another full bath and laundry made for a perfect stay. We recommend this property and will plan to stay here again when we return to Carmel. Sanctuary Vacation staff checked in with us and we’re available for any requests or concerns. Quiet neighborhood. can walk to Ocean Ave. House is in good condition. Beds were too soft/old and bedding too thick (too hot).

The house was one of 8 properties we booked for Monterey car week. It was the perfect place to house colleagues and retreat from the daily hustle of our event. My only wish is that the team wasn't working so hard so they could have enjoyed the property more!!! Would book here again next year!
