Great location and a great property. There is loads of seating in the lounge which isn't obvious from the pictures, 2 and 3 seater sofas along with an armchair. It has been renovated to a high standard and was clean and warm when we arrived. The cavern staff were friendly and helpful at every interaction.

Very nice, spacious holiday home in a lovely location. Very good value for money. We were initially concerned about being so close to a popular attraction, however it was not at all noticeable. Will certainly be staying again.

Nice area of Torquay up away from all the hotels, nice and quiet. Close to a little play park and ansteys cove. Really friendly staff. Not long been refurbished so really beautifully decorated, comfy clean beds, everything brand new
