Very clean, beautiful rooms, great breakfast with a lot of fruit and vegetable options! Great staff at the restaurant/breakfast service, beautiful garden

There is a few things that really did not align with the price you pay (close to 300€/night): there is a pool with very few deckchairs (too few) but if you would like to have anything to drink you will always have to go inside asking for what is available and there is nothing freshly made (like basic lemonade/homemade ice tea, fee drinks or a few snack options). That would be very easy to offer (ideally have a small menu card) and it would make a big difference! The staff at the restaurant/breakfast was incredibly friendly and helpful, meanwhile the owner (I think), she was also very friendly generally but for example when we arrived rather than welcoming us she continued talking to the cleaning lady and also while checking in always talking with the cleaning lady (which is kind of a small thing but also bit a disrespectful behaviour for that level of a hotel, also when I asked for a new pool towel because the old ones were wet, she did give them to me but only after asking why? are they dirty? they are supposed to be used for the whole stay…so I was kind of apologizing for asking for a new pool towel (which is the most normal thing at any average hotel), again small thing but also really kind of lack of customer service. Breakfast was outstanding, dinner at the restaurant really not so much. All in all the hotel got everything to be really perfect if they make some small changes (like pool drink/snack menu, 2/3 more deckchairs and a bit more service attitude). We enjoyed our stay very much nonetheless.

The property is perfectly located within Artà, and you can get to restaurants, shops and nearby attractions within a 5 min walk. The hotel itself is really lovely, modern and very clean with spa facilities, and a very nice outdoor area with pool. The service was really good from all the staff, attentive without being invasive.

Really liked pretty much everything about the hotel, only minor criticism would be the breakfast offering is quite limited - only small continental breakfast option.

the hotel is beautiful and is very tastefully decorated. The garden is beautifully landscaped, quiet and invites you to relax. Above all, the owners and the staff were all, without exception, very very nice and helpful! Also we really loved the Location as it is very close to the Center and very nice restaurants/ bars. We will gladly come back again!

Beautifully designed hotel with real boutique feel. Staff are extremely friendly, especially the two girls on reception who had lots of recommendations for things to do around the area and helped us book things. We enjoyed our stay.

is a place for those who appreciate the design and conveniences of a hotel with an intimate number of people What we liked most was the hotel's location right on Sant Salvador and the spa area with saunas. Breakfast is served there daily and you can eat in the beautiful garden with the pool. Definitely being in Arta we will choose to stay here again

Great location. Arta is a very nice and interesting place and the location of the Hotel is very good. Quality of the hotel structure is extremely good for that price. They have a very interesting spa with Sauna facility Finally I must add that the breakfast food is of high standing quality.
