perfect service excellent breakfast

it was too cold in the hotel especially on breakfast and resataurants it was too noisy everythere especially on breakfast loud music --useless nobody like this ..

- The staff is super hospitable, kind and well trained. - The passiflora vines look very pretty from the windows. - As the area is far from downtown, stay here to avoid traffic jams, however that will mean a lot of commute to most places. - The view from the restaurant on 19th floor is gorgeous with large windows overlooking the city. - Odour management is very good and the elevators smelled lovely. - The room keycards automatically take you to the right floor when you tap them on the elevator panel minimising the need to touch the buttons. This is rare. - The front desk immediately changed my room and moved me to a better room on the same floor when I reported there was an ants issue in the room late at night.

- At breakfast, I missed finding any hearty vegan/ high-protein mains except for bread, peanut butter and potatoes. Please be creative and diverse with menu setting and consider adding beans, lentils, chickpeas, nuts and tofu/tempeh based options. - I could feel some dust under my feet walking barefoot in my room right after checking in. Otherwise, the bedsheets and towels were very clean. - Late night, loud music from downstairs was quite disturbing, which is not friendly to business-guests who want to sleep and rise early. - Please consider offering moisturiser with other amenities. - The hotel facade photos on Booking.com are greener than in reality which is the reason I chose the hotel. The entrance lobby is also a little bare and it would be nice to add more live plants and trees there.

Very nice atmosphere, location, breakfast and services

My apartment floor was very dirty…like really really dirty when I came. We were shocked about how dirty it was. Also made pictures and reported to the front desk

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel new and clean, beds comfortable and nice decor. Breakfast was good and had quite some variety.

Near MRT, shopping mall, great layout and spacious suite, various breakfast, and very helpful and friendly staff. Our room number 730 is at he corner, had MRT view which is a big plus. My boy loves watching the trains come and go. The mini kitchen is super handy to warm up the food. Very handy during Ramadhan😊. We tried the Ramadhan buffet, the food was lovely and had so many choices. We didn't try the swimming pool, but the pool area is very nice. The rooftop bar and the elite restaurant are very nice We can enjoy the view of Jakarta. Really recommended.

Great stay the hotel was amazing! Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa was amazing. The gym was adequate.

The rooms were amazing however there was one light in our room that did not have a light switch. Unfortunately this did affect our sleep. This was the only negative thing about the rooms.
