This property is in a great location and family friendly. The owner was also very responsive to questions and emails.

We had a great stay in Overland Park. This VRBO met all of our needs and was perfect for 4 couples. I picked this spot because of location - we were visiting family spread across Johnson County and this was central to our needs. It is in the suburbs and about 20-25 minutes south of downtown KC.
The master bedroom is off the main floor with an amazing Massage Chair. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom and a downstairs basement bedroom with 2 Queen beds and an attached bath. There is also another unenclosed queen bed downstairs. You could easily sleep 6 adults and 6 kids (sharing beds) in the basement, where there are ping pong and fuseball. I recommend this spot and would stay here again.

We stayed here while in town for a wedding reception. There were 10 of us, including 3 children under the age of 5 and this house had plenty of room for all of us.
Here are some things we liked:
~ Quiet neighborhood with a park within walking distance for kids to burn off extra energy
~ Configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms is perfect for large groups or multi-families
~ Child gates at the top and bottom of stairs leading to second floor
~ Two travel cribs (Pack-n-Play) along with a mattress
~ High chair and "Bumbo" chair
~ Bath items for babies
~ Games/toys for older children and adults
~ Comfortable beds and pillows with plenty of sheets/towels for all
~ Keurig, 4-cup coffee maker, and electric kettle in kitchen
~ Plenty of dishes for large groups
~ Located close to shopping areas...grocery stores as well as Costco
While the kitchen contains coffee, some spices, cooking spray, etc, we did not find any foil, plastic wrap, or reclosable bags.
The only negative part of our stay was the washer. We were hoping to do laundry and started a load, only to find out the machine wasn't working. We contacted the owner who said the workman was coming the following week. Although a heads-up about it would have been nice, Jeff offered to do a couple of loads for us or credit our account for laundromat use. We chose the credit.
Overall, we had a great stay at this Overland Park house and would definitely stay here again! For large groups, this house is perfect!

Very roomy and well stocked with dishes, & cooking utensils! Air conditioning worked well and bathrooms were clean! We thought there was an outside grill but never found it???

Eleven of us stayed at this home to celebrate Christmas as a family. It is wonderful for family gatherings with the open floor plan of kitchen, family room, and dining room. The dining room table is large enough to accommodate 10! The coffee table had roller stools to accommodate the extra person at the table.
The beds are comfortable. The younger adults used the basement for movies and games.
The office room is VERY nice for those who are forced to work on vacation.
The fifth and sixth bedrooms do not have 4 walls and a door. They are open to the basement game room.
We look forward to staying here again! This is a beautiful home. The owner is very responsive.

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday week and it was perfect for what we needed. The basement has everything kids could want, they loved the games, ping pong and foosbal, Lego, Nerf guns, and sleeping arrangements. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and be comfortable during the holiday. The neighborhood is great and has plenty of wonderful amenities nearby. We would definitely stay here again for a future trip.

This is a beautiful house with a lot of extra little touches. The massage chair was amazing. There were bathroom and kitchen supplies for everything you could need. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

It was great! pictures definitely do not do it justice, place was amazing and we had a very good time with my friends and family hosting friendsgiving! Everything was super clean and organized. Host was very communicative, and the house was close to the mall and everything entertainment wise!!! Will definitely book again in december for christmas! (: Book it, you wint regret it!

Stayed with 3 other moms and our daughters for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour concerts at Arrowhead. The house was perfect to accommodate our group. Lots of common areas to hang out in and plenty of bathroom space for getting concert ready. The listing was confusing in regard to sleeping space - we thought there was an extra bedroom, but it all turned out fine and does sleep 12 as listed. The property was clean, close to where we needed to go, and property managers were helpful ans communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough good things about this rental. “Superhost” is an absolute understatement for Jeffrey. Everything was clean, well maintained, and family friendly! Our crew had 2 one year olds, 2 three year olds and 8 adults who all had plenty of room to enjoy. The neighborhood was so nice and friendly; even neighbors said hello! I would HIGHLY recommend and utilize this place again! Thank you for tons of memories!

The house is beautiful, spacious, well-equipped, and a great location. I struggled with this review because everything was perfect except we had zero information from the host before arrival, including the address. We did hear from the father the next day and he said there was a significant glitch in the vrbo software and they didn’t get my messages, but if we hadn’t known the address from a friend who had rented previously, we would not have had a place to sleep the first night! The father tried to be apologetic but I also knew that the person who rented previously also had communication issues. Honestly, the house is so nicely apportioned for large groups that I would rent it again, knowing it may be challenging to reach the host. When you book this house, my advice is to reach out early to be sure you have address and other details well in advance to be sure your arrival goes smoothly. The rest of your trip will be great!

Large house with plenty of room for our extended family. Multiple TVs, pingpong table, games, fully stocked kitchen. Everything we needed for cooking meals. Good location for getting around. Had a wonderful time.

We quilting friends gathered from several states to stay at this VRBO so we could spend several days together. We were delighted that the location was spacious and welcoming, and very centrally located for the quilt shop hop that we had planned.

The property was spacious and very well decorated. The beds were amazing!! I have never slept so well at a hotel/VRBO in my life! The massage chair was the hit of the party!! Would definitely stay again! Property manager was VERY responsive and helpful!

This property was perfect for our girls weekend. We were 7, and there were enough beds for each of us, without having to share. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms were large enough for us to gather together. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. We all agreed that this home was the perfect place for a large group.

Our team had a great time at this home for our annual planning sessions. The massage chair was a huge hit. The technology and internet setup is perfect and the game room downstairs was a hit for the team members kids who came to the event. Worked perfectly for our team's needs.

In a nutshell this property is perfect for any family/friend gathering. The ground floor has a very open floor plan which makes it very accommodating for groups to gather and participate in different activities (e.g. visiting, playing games, watching football, eating, etc.). In addition, if you have mobility issues tge openess allows for easy access for walkers, wheelchairs, etc. The owner has taken great care to ensure that small children are protected by installing covers on electrical outlets & corner guards on furniture & fireplace corners.
We had one family member who had to work the Friday after Thanksgiving. The office & speedy internet made that very easy for him. If you are bringing children, there are all kinds of games & toys for them. For teens there are video games, ping pong & Foosball.
The kitchen was so well equipped, had we known we could have saved a lot if packing.
The home is in a very upscale, quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe there.
All in all, it was comfortable, beautiful, & well equipped. We will definitely seek it out again.

Stayed there with several friends to catch a college game at KU and Chiefs game. House worked great for 6 of us, each with our own bed. Lots of room for all of us. Plenty of smart TVs to watch football with good streaming services all ready setup.
Would also be great for a family(ies). Had plenty of games and even had play pen, bouncy chair and high chair for littles.

We had a blast. The house was equipped with so many thoughtful extras. The games were great and kept everyone entertained between our planned activities. We would definitely stay there again.
